So does the turismo have the same turbo than the comp? we don't have the comp in my country and I was wondering if the power difference is only the engine mapping.
Hi Stef, which Gearbox is the 595 (145) equipped with? We in India get the ancient C510 5 speed which is a hell of a lot notchy /rubbery. Would you recommend a swap?
Funny thing, though. Even with a wider choice, I'd probably stick with the Turismo, which is essentially the equivalent of the North American Abarth with a few added luxuries. It happens to be the Abarth I currently own.
Rented it (695 comp) on a trip in Poland this summer (as it was so surprisingly cheap to do). It was a Dad-thing which I think the two teenagers in back would agree with, but I will do it again if the chance turns up. Had I the money to buy the 695 (with manual) I would. Love that little car with the badges and all.
Brilliant video. When I bought my 2010 Esseesse new it was either that or just the standard 135 bhp Abarth 500. They were very rare back then and only limited dealers. 13 years later lots of cars, dealers and models
Thanks Stef as usual, very good video. To me as a daily the Rivale with the wood pack in Cabrio is such a cool thing, so beautiful, love mine to death. Love the Esseesse too. The Biposto, it has to have all the crazy stuff (carbon, lexan, gearbox etc... ) and then the feeling is just insane ( as the price ). Now for the price, a basis Abarth is already a joy, and there is so much pleasure to get on a budget in second hand. A bit too expensive but so classy, the 695 Maserati, what a beauty ! Otherwise, any version of a blue cab with the beige Sabelt. Love that configuration.
