Yes to scheduling time before hand to allow you to warm up and be more prepared for a session. I'm definitely trying to be more intentional about this and " mono tasking ". Yes! yes! yes! to " Deep Work " and writing ideas down instead of imagining I'll remember 😅.
" Allowing your mind to wander " This is definitely something I'm struggling with currently. Learning that it's okay from time to time as long as I'm in a safe situation and learning that I actually need it.

Sometimes they even come stealthily at night, unbidden, unanticipated, while sleeping, when reaching out for light, pen and paper would be an insufferable effort. Currently for me, even the thought gives me low key restlessness. I do much better with having creativity in the morning and Administration in the afternoon. That was such a great perspective for me to hear.

Re: writing things down. I keep a mini whiteboard within arms reach from the shower to jot down any standout shower thoughts. My tip is to create the environment! I tidy up my workspace and set the tone by lighting candles. Side note. I am so glad I found your channel! I’m sure I am not alone in saying your content has had an invaluable impact on my thoughts around self-worth and creativity.

Do you tend to work better in silence or with music/background noise? I am SO HAPPY you found value in my content. This is the best reward for my work 💜

I'm actually wondering whether I should record a video about this...You've mentioned three quite distinct, albeit related, things: purpose, business idea and your niche. Would I be correct if I summarised your questions as "how do I find the right career path for me?" How's Lifebook going otherwise? Are you finding in it what you were looking for?
Lifebook is awesome!!! Lots of things started to shift...out of the blue...so moving on to much better things and they are all going in the same direction towards my life vision...so slowly but surely, getting there...I think lifebook is totally different to other self growth programmes, this actually makes things change, and it feels like involuntary... About the career I suppose yes, the question of all would be , how to know what career path to choose that agrees with your purpose...and I think since you seem to cracked the enigma, it would be a great video idea. Thanks for your replies...keep it up girl you are doing amazing!!
