How many years does it take to get an MBBS in Germany?
In Germany, a regular MBBS course lasts for 6 years and 3 months. But since MBBS courses in are taught in the German language those who don’t have the proper level of German have to spend an additional year into a language preparatory course before entering the regular course. Thus an MBBS in Germany may take up to 7 years and 3 months.
An MBBS in Germany covers four main stages:
Stage 1 (2 years or 4 semesters) - Pre-clinical section
During this stage, you’re going to be introduced to major important concepts and topics in medicine like the basics of human anatomy required for further improvement in medicine. At the end of this stage, you’ll sit at the first examination test in your MBBS degree course known as the Examination for Physicians or Ärztliche Prüfung.
Stage 2 (3 years or 6 semesters) - Clinical stage
The clinical stage lasts for 3 years from the 5th semesters in your medical course and it leads to the second round of Physicians examination test. This section is the most important part of your medical studies in Germany because you will be taught about core concepts and topics in medicine while you will also participate in plenty of times in hospital environments.
Stage 3 (1 year and three months) - Practical year
After successfully completing all rounds of the Examination for Physicians tests you’re going to enter the final stage of your journey to earn your MBBS in Germany that of a practical year. For more than a year you’ll participate in real-life training sessions where you can put your skills and knowledge in practice.
Stage 4 State Examination and Approbation
State examination and Approbation are the final steps to become a recognized medical practitioner in Germany. You’re going to sit for a State examination once you have successfully completed your MBBS course. Its intention is to prove you have acquired the required theoretical and practical skills to perform as a doctor. Finally, you have to get a license to be allowed to practice your job as a doctor. Such a license is called Approbation or Berufserlaubnis in the German language and it’s legitimate for the whole of your life.

Mam I should bring to your attention that medical pg which you talked at the end of video requires German at C2 level. Medical German c2 is extremely difficult to master. One has to give FSP exam and every year it is getting harder and harder to pass the same. After two years with fsp you have to give KP exam and if you can't pass it in three attempts then you are out of Germany for ever. ( KP is like the final year MD exam). Much more difficult as you have to use only German .

How many years study for Ms in Germany
As u are an Indian(I presume) the best country is of course INDIA!! The standard of education is one of the best in the world with a plethora of cases for u to study from common cold to glioblastoma (into which only 1% of cancer research funds go into😥) and if u are a government medical student then look no further as it can't get any cheaper. AIIMS ND charges only 5000 rs. per year whereas other AIIMS charge 40000 per year separately for mess, hostel fees etc. The highest fees in AIQ counselling was for Rajah Muthiah Medical College at around 3 lacs per year. If u get a govt. Medical college seat then don't leave it unless u feel that it's not up to ur expectations and u can afford a prestigious private medical college or get a better govt medical college in the next round of counselling.
Now abt private medical colleges, the students with domicile who are allotted govt. seat in the college would have to pay less fees than those who got through management/nri quotas. Other state candidates would also have to pay more fees than domicile candidates in most cases(exception is Kerala). If u can afford it then definitely go for it especially the older reputed ones. CMC vellore is a private Christian management medical college yet in terms of fees and quality it is only second to AIIMS ND and on par with JIPMER and AFMC. A few good colleges are -
MSRMC, KIMS, BRAMC, SJMC, VYEDHI, JJMMC, FMMC in Karnataka.
PSGIMSR,KMCH,CMC,VMCHRC in Tamil nadu.
JMMCRI,AIMS,PIMS,MOSCMC,KMCT,AZEEZIA in Kerala.
Kerala is the cheapest state in the country in terms of private medical education. Here 85% seats are under state quota at 6.5 lacs per year fees and rest are management/nri quota at 20 lacs per year fees. All allotments are done by CEE which is the state authority for the same. But the low amount of seats means competition with state domicile candidates so it's hard to get.
Cost of living in India is cheap as u know it. Check the hostel fees for each state.
Now abt abroad, countries like US,UK,Australia,NZ etc. are good in terms of education standards but the Fees and cost of living is higher. U can try to study medicine in Germany or Norway as it is free there but u will have to learn their language. Other European union countries are ok but as an Indian u will face a little racism not inside the college but outside amongst common people. DO NOT GO FOR EASTERN EUROPEAN COUNTRIES. It's far worse there than what it looks like. I have friends in TSMU Georgia and they have told me their experience. The university has qs world ranking between 601-650 but they do not allow them to physically examine the patient. U can only talk to them. Also if u don't pass ur semester end exams u cannot go home for the holidays and have to study till u pass the supplementary exams. Overall not a good experience for around 25 lakhs for the full course. China is ok but the ridicule u will face when coming back to India might be overbearing. Philippines, Malaysia etc. are ok at least in the capital cities like Manilla but if disaster strikes u will be on ur own as agency will abandon u( it happened when the covid pandemic started).

The entrance requirement into top public universities for medical is 1.0-1.9 (German grade) 89-100% (Indian grades). This has to be the average of 12th score and FSP.

Could you tell from which source you got the i formation about min 85% requirement for studying MBBS in Germany ?
It raised questions to many students as you can see in comments. In reality, i dont believe there is any such requirement defined by german university. I have studied in Germany and have been working after completion of my studies.
Thats required to get enough GPA to get medicine stream and not other stream like pharmacy and veteniary

I am interested to know the source of information, whether it is correct or you misunderstood and telling the same to everyone here. As far as i am aware, there is no such requirement. The requirement depends on University and varies depending on the applications made each year.

Conclusion : min 85% is only for beating the competition. There is no such coommon requirement for all german uni. In doubt, one could always email their academic results directly to german uni and ask whether their academic results stand any chance for the application.
