I'm on my way to german med (hopefully charite if it works), from a nonEU country, and i can tell u all, the process is darn tiring and demanding haha. It's not as easy as it sounds and the pathway is complicated. It's complicated for students abroad in general, but especially for non-EU countries. They have so many different requirements.

I'd love it if you'd make a video about how international students can get in! Especially those following a British curriculum?...it would be very very helpful!
British students such as igcse need 3 a levels and 1 AS language such as english, french. incase of medicine/dentistry then C1 german level and 3 a levels , bio and chem are compulsory but the third could be math or physics. beside the AS language you need. you need a bank account with a minimum of 4000-8000 euro (depends on your university) and have to add to it per month when you arrive. results should be A*,A,B,B+ but the higher the grade the better the chance
another thing to add on what Jomana said, the AS language subject MUST be in a different language than your own (so if your native language is English, you cant take that for AS and so on)
@@mathani9843 but most university websites are not demanding an AS in language. Just searched RWTH Medizin and they're only asking for any 3 subs from Maths, Bio, Chem , Phy and Comp.

its very very competitive. every us german student have a very hard time being accepted. some wait a very long time! you need to apply and take all necessary actions, write the TMS or Hamnat for a better score and hope for the best

the level of german and the certificate is different from each school. you should look that up specifically. Applying before finishing school doesn't help, because you need to put your grade in for the application. But I would recommend starting with learning german if you haven't already.

hii, they dont look the subject you took in high school. It's only important that you have a high GPA. If not, you have to do this test called TMS to get a higher score. But having finished a year of premed is very good when you start or when you're learning for this entrance test. It will make things easier for you but its not a requirement. Hope I could help! And the second option is direct access (subject-oriented) for the previous subject and related subjects with proof of 1 successful academic year (s) to all universities. I am completing my scientific section/path certificate of high school and I want to apply for medicine. Will I be able to apply without a studienkolleg?

Hi! Here in Europe we don't have the same system as the U.S. We don't do pre-med, and than medical school. We just have one thing, so kind of like medical uni, and than we have our residency and become doctors

hi, normally it's 6 years. But if you have a previous degree it is possible to have it recognized and your time shortened but that's very rare. Look up the requirements for your country and learn the language. I wish you good luck if you're applying to colleges.

it depends if your diploma is even recognized. if not you would need to do Studienkolleg. But doing that doesn't guarantee you a place to study medicine. So when you apply you are competing with others in term of grades or test scores. Most people enter after having written an entrance exam ( HAMNAT or TMS etc)
if you graduate from a german medical university can the hospital that they cooperate to take you immediately to work there in order to be specialist ?? or you must alone look for a hospital ??

no you go straight from high school to medical university ( if you want, some take a gap year), and after you would be a doctor!
