Being a student I'm ashamed of our central government. Just on 24th July our Central govt has reduced the UGC funds from rs6,809 crore to Rs2,900 crore which is about 61% reduction. BJP is the worst govt and I will never vote BJP

And also the state has its own tax(and some states make more money by vertue of many things including good geography, that's why we have two type of taxes and lists in constitution ) so all this money is not going anywhere in only one state. And ultimately everything is in India.
