Just for clarification: the Back up officer Recognized Tyreek when he saw him and announced it to the other officers before they pulled him out of the Car. Its heard on his Body camera.
Hill was already cuffed and on the sidewalk when the officer told the arresting officer who Hill was.

Maybeee the officers were quick to detain Hill however, lives of officers are on the line every single day. A traffic stop is now life or death. 27 year old officer, pulled over a person for speeding and was shot and killed. Respect needs to go both ways.

Tyreek escalated the situation here; he clearly closed his window after initial contact with the Peace Officer. This whole ordeal could have been avoided by just complying with Law Enforcement. I can't believe you 3 don't have the balls to say that Hill was completely at fault here. Listening to this guy Drew turns my stomach. Just because you have a job to do doesn't mean you can go 90 mph. Hill was non compliant when told to lower his tinted window and keep it down, the officers cannot see if he is going for a weapon. His answer was "don't tell me what to do" He was non compliant when told to get out of the car, he wanted to finish talking to his agent. Officers used standard procedure when removing him and cuffing him. Also, give me a break with this choke hold nonsense, the officer put his arm over his shoulder and across his chest not his NECK. Hill acted like a real punk which put the officers on alert because they've probably been through this attitude 100 times and usually it doesn't go well for the officers. I'm sure Hill has been babied since high school until now and now he has the "do you know who I am" attitude. I hope the officer that was put on leave gets reinstated with any back pay coming to him. And Hill should issue a statement apologizing for his immature behavior.

You have to use a little common sense and situational awareness as a cop. He immediately handed over his license and registration. All the cop needed to do was check his identity, check the vehicle tags, verify that he's not a dangerous criminal, give him a ticket and let him be on his way. Instead, he wanted to check some egos so now he's gonna be on the news. Congratulations.

This is a LOAD OF CRAP!! Anyone that can watch and Listen to the body cam footage can hear Tyreek Hill NOT being respectful toward the Police. The first thing Tyreek says is "Don't knock on my window like that" Then the Office asks him why he isn't wearing his seatbelt and Tyreek responds twice more with "Don't knock on my window like that" Then Tyreek tells the Office to give him his ticket cause he got to go and rolls his window back up. IF Tyreek would have been respectful and said "Yes sir, Officer I am sorry for going so fast, I was just trying to get to the game." I hope we can all agree that it would have gone differently. BUT Tyreek was the disrespectful spoiled rich entitled athlete that couldn't be bothered by the Police. To be fair, the officer has some blame on this matter. Once Tyreek gave him his DL, he should left and wrote the ticket, but his ego got in the way. The part about “Did you have surgery on your ears?” was unnecessary and unprofessional. Only one cop appeared to be off the chain. The one that forced him down to the curb and the one demanded the other players ID when the other officer said he could leave. Not sure if it is the same officer. The rest of the officers were chilled and professional.
Hill was wrong. He should apologize and move on. He didn’t follow anything the cop asked him to do and had an attitude. Roll down the window is not difficult to do. The cop can’t see through the tint and has no idea what the driver is doing. The cop is looking out for himself and his fellow officers. I grew up in Newark and I’m in no way a cop fan but in this case Hill was wrong. They were just doing their jobs. You can’t listen to this agent, he’s paid to spin this in Bill’s favor.
He's not going to do that because he has all of these people that has come out against the police in support of him. There has been so many incidents where football players behaving like Hill have ended in the death of innocent people. Sadly the player usually get a slap on the wrist.

They could see through the window just fine, just like we could. You're not afraid if you're standing outside the window the whole time talking and knocking. Then after you yank him out you don't search him or the car.

Normally, I'm a critic of LE because, too often, their actions are unacceptable. I've been a victim of the police many times. I'm not deferential towards LE. In fact, I don't like most l.e.o.s. However, in this case, Tyreek Hill was obviously speeding, he didn't roll down his window when he should have, and right after he was obviously speeding. When a person speeds, it puts LE's safety at risk when LE tries to catch the speeder. He was speeding where there were a lot of people. He wasn't even wearing a seatbelt. Hill was disrespectful and unapologetic. Hill thinks he's entitled to special privileges just because he's Tyreek Hill. I'm on the side of the police in this case because Hill needs to care about public safety and he needs to not take up the time of the police when they are justified for being constructive with him. Also, Hill has been a delinquent for years now. He's a punk, and I'm glad the police are not pleased with him.

Its a sad statesmen off affairs when citizen of this free nation have to go through their lives believing they can be shot and killed by police for routine traffic violation. What's even worse, the fact that all this can occur despite laws stating that deadly force can ONLY be justified when there is fear of immanent death or serious bodily injury. When was the last time a cop claimed he needed to use deadly force actually even got a single scratch?

Excessive force? Hill wasn't hurt in any way, he played right after. Hill caused the problem and refused to comply with police. He broke the law. The cops did nothing wrong, if anything Tyreek should be suspended before the cops are.
