    Cap made Scott some eggs in one of the scripts? I wish they hadn't thrown something like that out. I would have loved to have seen something like that. I enjoy seeing Cap do normal stuff.

    • @levischorpioen
      @levischorpioen 5 років тому +6

      We need to see these people doing normal people stuff way more often. Wanda and Vision’s paprikash scene is one of my favorites because it’s just so adorably human. Same for their scene in Infinity War in Scotland before the shit hits the fan, or hell, the big daddy of “humanizing the heroes” scenes: The afterparty/worthiness test in Age of Ultron.

    • @lwaves
      @lwaves 5 років тому +2

      @@levischorpioen I agree that it would be great to see 'normal' life stuff like that but I also agree with the writers above, that this wasn't the movie for it. There was already so much going on and that stuff is best left for the solo movies, or at least not the big ensemble movies.
      EDIT: That was weird. I just replied to your post, then got a notification of your post that I replied to. Hahaha!

    • @levischorpioen
      @levischorpioen 5 років тому

      lwaves Oh absolutely. Let’s say everyone gets their own trilogy, I wouldn’t be opposed at all to having 1 of those 3 films be a low-to-mid-budget dramatic character study without any big fight sequences or CGI stuff (unless it’s necessary for the character design, like Vision when he’s not just Bettany, or Hulk). I’d kill for a psychological drama focused on Wanda a la Lars von Trier.

    • @lwaves
      @lwaves 5 років тому +2

      @@levischorpioen I'd watch Wanda, i.e. Elizabeth Olsen, in anything. She's such a great actress.
      A good one solo drama for Wanda would have been after she lost her brother, or even after the people died in that building. Show her at her lowest and how she coped with it. I know they touched on it in the movies but they didn't go too deep. If it wasn't for the old Incredible Hulk show, that would have worked for Banner/Hulk, a series showing how he dealt with his dual sides but again, going further than the 70's version did.

    • @levischorpioen
      @levischorpioen 5 років тому +2

      lwaves Couldn’t agree more. I’m hoping the Disney+ shows spend more time with character-based drama and really take their time to flesh out these characters. Superpowers are awesome and all, but they shouldn’t become unrelatable, barely human demigods (that’s not a dig at the “competition”, but you’re totally free to interpret it that way). I wish Tony and Wanda were given time to talk about the whole “staring at a bomb with Stark’s name written on it for 3 days straight” thing. Or hell, give her an interaction with a random civilian who knows exactly who she is and what she has done, but still chooses to treat her like a normal human being. That’s another thing I’d like to see: More interactions between the heroes and random normal people, like the Darryl & Thor sketch but played completely straight. The closest thing we’ve gotten so far is Steve and Sam’s scenes in The Winter Soldier before Sam suited up. I want more of that, doesn’t even matter who the characters are. Just give me more of that.

    Keyword: Team. Stronger than the sum of its parts. You know, like the Avengers, themselves. We keep telling ourselves that success is an individual achievement, but the truth is that it's virtually always a collaboration. Hemingway, Fitzgerald, Wolfe has Max Perkins behind the scenes. These guys have each other and a great pair of directors in the Russos guiding the way.

They really nailed the storytelling process pretty well. Yes plot holes are going to exist in this film the major plot points the writers for sure nailed it.

    Man would it be super fun to hear ALL the scenarios that were considered for Infinity War and Endgame. Like who were going to be in it, what was going to happen, was Iron Man going to pick up Mjölnir in the end battle etc.

    • @ActorsWithIssuespodcast
      @ActorsWithIssuespodcast 5 років тому

      Zhaggysfaction honestly would’ve been pretty awesome to see Stark pick up Mjolnir at one point too. His character went from incredibly selfish and cocky to selfless and the ultimate hero. He was beyond worthy.

    • @Zhaggysfaction
      @Zhaggysfaction 5 років тому

      @@ActorsWithIssuespodcast I honestly thought at one point was gonna pick it up. Just before Cap picked it they showed how it landed on the ground when Thor and Thanos were fighting like "look here it is" and then we see it being lifted and it flies to caps hand eventually. Then after a few punches cap threw at Thanos we see cap lose it and AGAIN we are shown as it lands on the ground in a very similar mannor as before. At THAT point I was like "oh boy now it's Tony's turn" and it would've been the icing on the cake for Tony's journey and making him extra worthy for the sacrifice.

    Will the screenwriters address the glaring issue with the ending? Did they think it through? Everyone who was snapped brought back five years later. Single parents return only to discover that their young children starved to death after their sole caregiver turned to dust. Children who were snapped return to find their parents died in suicide pacts years ago, unable to come to terms with their loss. The pilot of the helicopter at the end of "Infinity War" coming back to learn that they killed all of their passengers and a bunch of people in that building. Horrible ending.

      SuperRufy bro she just asked a question about Cap and Bucky and you’re throwing a temper tantrum over it. Get over yourself Christ.

    this isn’t a spoiler discussion? I won’t bother watching the rest of this then. I want to know why the Hulk and Thor were ruined in this story.

      Thor was great. A great portrayal of depression, of someone who lost everything and how they cope with that pain by hiding it.

      Django I. an go along with that except how does a god who has survived a neutron star and has a ridiculously fast metabolism get fat, I don’t care if he drank 10,000 beers a day, he shouldn’t get fat. he was funny in the first scene but got ridiculous. they could have gone into his issues without resorting into that,

    The movie is good but filled with plot holes. Infinity War is way better.

      Your right.Great that End Game is,after watching Infinity War again,its by far a overall better movie.To think that the only way to beat Thanos was a cheap move of going back in time shows how unbeatable Thanos actually is.
