- The craziest barn find to date! In our own backyard! This 1973 Porsche 911E has been sitting over two decades after the previous owner reported some fuel issues. We act fast and pick up the car the morning after it was listed for sale. We go over the cars details and any issues we find. The odometer reads only 26,000 miles! By the looks of the interior, it might be the case. We drop it off at @WDDetailing where it gets shined up. Be sure to subscribe to follow along with us getting this beauty back on the road!

Those odometers were easy to break. That wear on the drivers side seat bolster looks to be a bit more than 26K miles. Never the less, OUTSTANDING FIND ! Can't wait to see it when you finish the project. GOD Speed !!
You’re right, that’s why I was a little suspect also!! The receipts look promising but we will see once we dig into it a little more. Thanks Tom!! We’ll get her done ✊🏼
Barn find master!! 🥸🧐 Super cool find and awesome video!! 👏🏼👏🏼
😄🤗
Great video! Car looks clean so far! Super exciting to see what the car will need.
Thanks!! Should be fun 😁
What a find! Excited to see what’s next
Stay tuned!! 😁✊🏼
How cool to find this so close to your home brother! A quick look around at other '73 911 E Targas out there shows that if you can get this one to run-drive-stop then you'll have a very nice turn around on her my friend! Great find and Kudos to your bros at WD Detailing for cleaning it where you can sit in it without worrying about hantavirus!
Exactly what we were thinking Scott!! I’m working on this weeks video and it should be a good one! Lots of progress 😄 it is definitely nice having some help with cleaning these fresh finds ✊🏼 stay safe out there! Weather has moved in pretty quick over here in NE Ohio.
Nice find. So looking forward to much more content on this car.
Thanks, more to come ✊🏼
I’m working on a ‘76 911 Targa barn find myself. Need to rebuild the top end (at least). Hope your engine has got compression! Sitting for that long though…who knows. 🤞🏼
Yup, hopefully we are lucky!! Good luck on your rebuild Jacob ✊🏼
Once again great find
Thanks ✊🏼
Amazing find congratulations new sub here looking forward to many more videos! 26,000 miles incredible 👏
Thanks Thad!! ✊🏼
😍😍😍😍
😜✊🏼
Sick find bro 💯 jelly
Not called shocks, called struts. Man use the right Porsche terminology.
You got a few years on us with that PhD 😄 we’ll get there Doc!
A 73 911 has these wheels standard from factory. Fuchs were a option.
Right on
Love to see these porsche targas. The police here in the netherlands used them with the long bonnet in the front. Congrets on that find!
That is pretty sweet! I might have saw a story on those targas floating around somewhere. Thanks you, we get it fired up in this weeks video 😁👍🏼
Isn’t the tail aftermarket? Must have been added by pervious owner.
All these great barn finds - your gonna have to get a truck n trailer!
Right bro!! That’s in the plans hopefully 😄
Amo Porsche! Maceió - Alagoas - Brasil
Obrigado Chardão!! ✊🏼
I found your channel after the detail video.
Very cool! Bd sure to see today’s episode live in 15 minutes!
🤯🤯🤯 how? Impossible!!
Nothing is impossible 😬✊🏼
Selling it? If you find another one, just let me know.
Greets, Jo
Not for sale currently! Thanks Jo
Sorry, you obviously worked out that the tail is aftermarket.
It’s always fun figuring out what you bought when you really start digging in! Thanks for watching 😄
This you finest find , yet. What was the price, that all the calls were for?
Agreed this thing is pretty sweet! I’ll send ya a text 😁
Bonnet wings
Exactly! 😄
Not called tubing on seats, it’s called piping.
Good to know Doc!
How do u find these. Facebook craigslist?
This one was found on FB. Just have to be quick! Some people reach out to me from knowing the channel also ✊🏼
Let us us know when is for sale!
Will do! It’s DEEP in resto right now 😅
How can we get a hold of you if we want to interact, by the way , great videos
Thank you!! You can message me on Instagram @Superish Mario ✊🏼
0% chance that only has 26k on the clock! Engine looks tired, bolster is worn, and who adds a whale tale to a barely broken in car?? Not a big deal anyway, Porsche's are made to be driven and are so desirable ( especially long hoods) no matter the mileage. Nice score.
Good observation! We were also a little suspect of the miles as well. Be sure to see more in today’s episode. Live in 15 mins!
Is that a aluminum body car?
From a quick search, I believe this car has a thyssen steel body. This was a type of steel with Zinc layers on both sides; “thickness of the Zinc layers varied from 10 um to 20”.
Will you sell the whale tail?
Sure, send me a message on IG. Thanks!
How much did you rip off the owner for? Cheap?
Win win for both parties Doc! Want the last owners number? Keep hiding behind spam accounts 😆
Standing 22 years, and it rolls out ? I don’t think so.
You don’t have to think so, it’s a fact. They aired the tires and used a tractor to pull it out. The ‘82 I got running in my latest video sat in the same spot for 20+ years also. We pushed it out and into the trailer..
Price,location
Appreciate it
For sale ?
Not currently for sale sorry!
Nice...just please get that awful wale tail off the Targa and reinstall the original grill. Wale tails are fine on turbo look G bodies, but not on that beautiful older Targa. Congratulations.
Great minds think alike! Stay tuned for this weeks video 😄 I think you’ll enjoy!
@@SuperishMario Super. And yes, I do know how to spell "whale"... zoned out. Thanks!
Can't believe a detailer would cover a dirty vehicle with a car cover. Guaranteed to scratch the vehicle and any other vehicle the now contaminated cover will be used on.
That cover was merely a plastic tarp that was being used to hide the car since someone was caught on camera snooping around all the vehicles and actually washed there own personal vehicle 😳 We wanted to have it covered so someone wouldn’t come by and wash it themselves! Lol.. anyway, that tarp will not be used on any vehicles with anywhere near decent paint, and as you can tell, scratches are the least of worries with vehicles in this condition 😁
Don’t like the bumperettes.
Original equipment Doc!
You could see it was two different colours even before the wash. Be worth nothing.
Yea.. probably worth like $2 😌😆
Gonna flip it, right? Your sad.
You’re* c’mon basic English Doc!
