You keep me inspired everything you do is real and relatable no of this arranging food on your plate like a van gough painting or fancy plates were all working all got a home life all have struggles and you just keep it all normal warts and all. Hi Debbie you have done so well this year. 4 and a half pounds is a great weight loss. It's summer here so I've been walking alot. My decorations go up on December 1st. I love Christmas time. ❤️💖
Great news on your weight loss Debbie. You’ll get your 3 1/2 cert next week I’m sure. Your doing brill. When you’ve been doing the plan as long as you have you know what you can eat and you have to fit your favs into your every day meals. Take no notice of what others say, we all eat differently. Lovely to see Charlie he’s so cute. I had a maintain this week after a 3lb loss last week, I’m hoping for a 3lb loss before Christmas to get my 2st cert. Fingers crossed. Have a good week take care. Congratulations Debbie I always think if I hadn't joined SW I would 100% have put all my weight back on, going every week makes me really keep an eye on my weight.
You have to do what's best for you and no one else.
At the end of the weight we choose to be we have to still need to keep on top or we'll end up putting it on again .

Hi Debbie. Congratulations on your 4.5 pounds loss and for your awards! 🥳You are doing great and your weight loss is really visible ! People can say what they like but you know what works for you.😉 I need 1.5 pounds for my three and a half stone award. I joined last January too. My weigh loss is slow. I am 53 and going through the menopause but i cant even think where I would be without my group. Have a great week😉👏

Wow that’s a great loss, I’m chuffed to bits for you. I’m maintaining but as yet not decided what to do over Christmas. It’s the usual worry about gaining loads by having what I want or staying on my calorie allowance. I’m sure it’s the same for those on SW or WW. I might give myself a few extra thousand calories over those days so I don’t feel like I’m missing out but then get back on track. It’s such hard work losing I wonder if it’s worth the chocolates and nuts that are my downfall. I’m interested to see what your thoughts are nearer the time. Thank you for sharing Debbie.

How did you manage 4.5 in a week I am struggling to lose big amounts its always a pound and a bit. I would love to lose 4.5 in a week . Even three would be great I had 3lb loss at the beginning. Thought I would manage 2 or more every week but its a big struggle. Joined 7 weeks ago. I have lost 9lbs so far but I wanna lose a stone by the end of the year, any tips ?
I think it’s just my body catching up. My average over the year is about a pound a week so the big losses are balanced by small losses and some gains! X
