When I open 'This pc' section the bright white background appeared first then it turns black and then all the drives are shown, because I applied black theme on my laptop.
But after using this accessibility settings this annoying white flash ligh thing is gone completely. THANK YOU. 😍🙏

It is not something new KB I remember it was present since beginning under the same accessibility>> visual effects since starting,
I mean yeah it can make windows feel a bit faster, but you'll miss the good animations and transparent effects everywhere, it makes windows feel good to eyes.
You can also turn off animation in your android form developer and under animation setting everything to off, and your OEM must have option to disable transparency so yeah.

but this is only for veeeeeeeery old cpu , other than that the animation is actually can trick you to make the movement more smooth , same for android its bad to turn it of , better to put it on x0.5

I had already turn off on win 11..... But I would like to say its true that any transparent or blur effect on OS will use CPU & GPU.....it can Linux or Mac or even in android 12 it was introduced & turning it off make OS fast 👍

the task manager is WiErD especially when your game freezes or anything like that its very slow then
