My theory is them invading another plate. The 5 comets crashing down is Jurin, Chisa, Hinata, Harvey and Juria. The reason is, Maya and Cocona already infiltrated the bad guys lair. And i think that fat guy on the throne is a metaphor for gluttony and sloth (getting fed with mindless information/haters).
