मैंने विस्टा क्वाड्राजीत 2009 में ली थी एक बार DCM Toyota से भिड़ गयी, ड्राइवर साइड से टकराई, फ्रंट बम्पर, बोनट, हेड लाइट, ड्राइवर साइड दरवाजा, टायर- रिम, विंडशील्ड काफी कुछ सामान बदला गया, लेकिन किसी भी सवारी को कुछ नहीं हुआ

Zest XM Diesel bought at October 2016 and abhi taak 121867 km chala liya, mileage city me 17-19 and highway me 19-22 aaram se de rahi he, comfort long journey ke liye maast he, suspension setup and sound system is brilliant and 2019 me pata chala 4 star rating bhi he, I guess TATA should relaunch Zest in BS6 avatar with 4 cylinder engine once again, love frm Assam

Zest Apne segment mein Best hai.Tiago JTP Ka engine iske jitna torque banata hai par iske jitna smooth nahi hai.

Have tata zest XE with after market tomessetto CNG. RUNNING GOOD. mileage- 30km@CNG on highway
- 24km@petrol on highway
In eco mode and speed between 60-70.
Only issue is "check engine" light and sometimes warning if you accelerate car at low speed and high gear which cuts off the AC and it doesn't turns on for 10-15 minutes. Its ridiculous in summers.

Moment the ECU gives you a beep sound of check engine, AC turns off, fans keep running but stops cooling. And car engine keeps running but its RPM gets locked at 2000.
How hard you accelerate doesn't matter, RPM wont go above 2000. You cut off the engine and restart to get car running normal. But wait for ac .....10 minutes

Vikas bhai I got the problem sorted,
Last month I went to tata motors service station, their I got its tappet adjusted and calibrated, car now ran smoother then before specially in petroleum but CNG was still showing check engine.
After a week thereafter I got cars spark ignition plug changed and believe me I have not received any problem since last month. Just try both things.
600 for tappet adjustment
400 for 4 spark plug (NGK)from third party vendor, tata will charge you 800 for bosch brand

I own Tata bolt XMS with same engine as that of zest...I have already decided not to go for cng because it is a very smooth performer. I don't want to spoil it.
Tata Zest XT Petrol, ये रेस छोड़ने वाला मेरे साथ भी हुआ था, बन्द करके 5 मिनट बाद स्टार्ट की तो हो सही चल गई (without CNG)
ये इंजन लाइट भी बार-बार आती रहती है और AC काम करना बंद कर देता है(पहले बहुत आती थी, अब नहीं) ।
पर इसका सस्पेंशन और चलाने का मज़ा ही अलग है भाई 😊

I hv a diesel 2015 August model same problem occur in 2017 race chode done ki it was corrected by Tata service by changing sensor switch connected to acelatere Padel it is doing well no problem occur
Sir ji yahi same issue meri eeco me maine face kiya tha maine iske liye 2yrs tak bahot sare service center local machenic ko dikhvaya par problem slove nai hua.. but fir ek autoelectric vale ne mera problem solve kar diya..iska solution aapko koi scanner me nai dikhega sab kuch complete hi lagega. Iska main issue he iska total body. Isko badal dalo problem solve . Mere me same issue tha sir. Gadi powe hi nai nikal pa rahi ti. Ek dam hard chalti thi. Wo bande ne ,total body change kiya problem solved. My eeco runs 1,29,000 km its 2014 model.

Good car from tata , i have diesal zest , build quality is very good , performance is also very good , no major problem in this model
I am also owner of tata zest. I also fitted cng from out side but after some use due to cng engine whole performance down . So I removed cng kit . And I have suggestions if we remove cng kit from turbo charged engine please replaced intake manifold. Engine Performance down due boost leakage through intake manifold. Because during cng fitment thay creates holes to intake manifold to put cng supply pipes in intake manifold. After removing cng kit and replacing intake manifold my zest performance and average both are increased. Still on highway we got 19km/l millage from my zest. I purchased zest on 2014 and still my zest running is 32500. After cng removal everything is ok no any issues from engine.

Acceleration is good and average is 28-30 on highway for good calm drivers..
But suspension is not that good..in tata zest..
What Is The Problem Of Zest Suspension. Both Zest And Bolt Are Same Suspension is Shared.

As i had to do suspension work...after few kms..after a long trip..specially rack & pinion work mostly.which cost about 50k,
That is thing i dislike..
And recently my zest turbo error is showing..and for that they are saying cost of turbo is 50k..
Otherwise i have passed this car to the best..car..
And even i am planning to spend extra money on it..and make it again as good as new..

@@vivekviswam1871 we drive on good roads mostly and almost from 60-100(mainly 80)km/h and we also take care of bumps and potholes...but still we had to change shock absorbers and even if you buy zest..or have zest..you will feel shock to the cabin is little more compared to other cars...when driven over a bump or over a pithole...
We do servicing at almost every 3rd month..and maintain car pressure,oils and coolants..etc
Our one to maybe two shock absorbers died all of sudden..on road...and almost no mechanic could fix it,and he didn't have tata zest suspension. Although due to god goddess grace we managed to do jugad and drove uptil 60kms to nearet service center...
Plus there are power window motor failures when dust and water is collected..
And we had to change it almost 4 times(for all windows at some time)....
See these are not drawbacks of such a wonderful car..it's best of the best..
But the only thing these service center guys are more over just doing normal service generally so you should know your car better..
And keep it best..
If that's the thing..
Believe me its now 2,70,000kms on my zest..and whoa it is still the best..

There is one valve which change cng and petrol connection that valve duration is around 30000-40000 km then you have to change that valve.. it cost not more than 750rs. I faced same problem and i searched online and found this solution. Try it.

If you took admition in diploma automobile then you will surely get the admition to the second year of degree. You can not customize your subject. Subjects are defined by your university. Best luck for your 10th exams.

Cng problem and this is due to fuel supply block in one cylinder out of three cylinder, if you scan at the problem type you will find that any one cylinder is doing problem in fuel supply,
As I got same problem was not able to accelerate both in petrol and cng , not getting speed more than 30 in full race and top gear
Sir please analyse and trouble shoot the fault code. Clearing the trouble code won't rectify the issue unless root cause is not detected

I used to own Zest XT petrol 2015 and faced same issue of sudden accelation loss any time. Tata service centr, out side mechanic was also not able to dignose it. And agv was 8-10 km/l. Finaly sold it after running it 45k km.

Sir mere pass Tata Tiago XT 2020 hai jo Feb me purchase kiya tha. Mera ek question hai jo central locking hai wo automatically 15-20 seconds me lock honi chahiye. Ye 2-3 bar maine chk Kiya kabhi ho jati h lock or kabhi nhi. Service center me chk karaya to bole nhi sir in gadiyo me remote key se hi lock krna padta hai... Sir puchhna chahata hun ki ye bat sahi h ya nhi.. central locking means automatic lock honi chahiye...
That CNG messed up with the car's intake manifold and also maybe the turbocharger's blade aren't working as freely that's why check engine light is on due to boost pressure sensor fault, tell the service centre to unmount the turbocharger clean it and also check all the sensors
