what i don't understand is, does that not completely strip the enamel that we are warned to not remove when attempting to whiten our teeth ourselves?

They are sensitive. Is it normal to still be sensitive on day 5? Should I switch aligners if they are still sensitive?? Thanks 🙏🏽.

I would've done one of these but I went to the ortho 2 days ago and it was my last time changing colors and I didn't think of doing this b4 that 😭 but that means I get my braces off in 6 weeks yay!!!

Everywhere you go there's different info. Why woukd I put soup on something that goes in my mouth 🤮 and then can't use tooth paste? SME thing that's used on teeth? Sometime people go overboard with dental hygiene
