Nice video. I just got a 2012 1648 Tracker Grizzly SC with a Merc 40. You are correct that the 60 hp and 40 hp is the same layout. Are you going to make a video of changing out the lower unit lube and winterizing?
Awesome vid, Bend-it. I don't know of any fishing You Tubers that put out maintenance videos (other than rod & reel maintenance). One piece of advice, though... buy a torque wrench. They're only $10-$20, and they take the guess-work out of "how tight is too tight?".
You have a nice place tucked up in the trees. Like it.
Thanks!!!
you should use anti seize on the spark plugs
Some NGK's are precoated and say do not use anti seize

FFOG I will, I just changed the lower gear oil because it's getting colder.

+Dan Jeffries I have one, but for items that crush like spark plugs I would rather feel it.
May want to show how to use a 10-inch section of fas line to put spark plugs in. You will never strip out a sparkplug again.
Is there an air filter?
Manuel Cardenas no sir boats usually don't.
you had me scared, mine does not have one... I checked the online parts diagram...
