This is UA-cam creating serendipity I swear, I came across that clip from Fresh Prince a few days ago, and your channel was suggested featuring this dance. Needless to say you absolutely nailed it, who knew Aunt Viv was an Olympic level athlete to dance this crazy. But you did it!
I was like, "I WANNA TRY!" (I have zero dance skills) and then I saw the middle split and was like , "Oh imma have to figure out how to actually do the splits before I can attempt this..."

This was great, I literally applauded in the end. I loved watching you continue to try and perfect your technique while struggling. Sometimes we're so used to seeing the finished product we don't see all the work that went in to getting there. I'm not even a dancer, I'm a writer but I took so much from this because the writing process is always a struggle! I don’t dance, but this is one dance I’ve always wanted to learn. You did an amazing job. If ever I get around to learning this, imma keep my eye on my left foot in case he tries to be shady to my right foot. Side note, you get a better look at the cut away move from the dance instructor.

Congratulations you did absolutely amazing and you should be very proud of yourself it's not easy it takes time I remember trying out my first time auditioning to be a NFL cheerleader and similar same style it's not easy but it took me four years to make it in the NFL finally I made it and I cheer seven consecutive 7 consecutive years now I'm a prophetic anointed praise dancer and it's hard but you did absolutely amazing amazing amazing keep up the good job keep up the good job keep forward keep moving forward

To this day I LOVE this video and refer to this video to the mother of ALL dance auditions! It transcends time! That's where REAL dance lies! I'm a dancer myself and watching you re-create this dance piece was inspiration for me to try and do the same thing! Who knows I might do a reveal myself. It was such a joy to watch you put yourself out there with flaws and all until you finally made the final dance piece your own! Much respect to you! Keep doing what you're doing!

If you look at the scene before Aunt Viv dances, the instructor shows how he drops to the ground, butt spins and does the kick leg change. Good luck.
