I recommend including a UA-cam video link in the refund request description, showing the actual problem. Read their return policies about return shipping costs - if the product is not faulty, you may be responsible for returning shipping fees which can be too high for canadian buyers.
Thanks for the video, i planned on ordering from digikey but was skeptical about the return process as well as the shipping involved, this video gave me some clarity, you should make a video on the buying process, it will be helpful to many people.
