We are a family of 6 living life in North Pole, Alaska! Where Santa Claus House is right down the street! We love spending time together as a family, having fun, learning through homeschooling, growing in our faith, and building our forever home! When I watch your videos it gives me a sense of peace, love and family. As the world continues to be disruptive and people lack kindness and love your videos give me a brief sense of calm and happiness and gets me away briefly from the horrible world we are living in today. Ty for sharing your family and loving memories with us. You have no idea how much your videos affect some of us and touch us to our core. Some of us don’t have what you have and some of us yearn for a loving family just to feel loved and a sense of belonging. Ty so much.

I wasn't able to do a video but my friend I bought snacks for families at the local Hospice. They are amazing people that work there. They provided support for me and my family and other friends of mine from church. I also bought a coffee for a police officer. Thank y'all for everything y'all do. I am sending prayers of healing and strength for your dad and the family.

I live alone and your family makes my Christmas! It reminds me of my own Christmas past when my family was altogether and young. When I was younger, I should say way younger than what I am now at Christmas. I was in charge of wrapping most of the presents, so I knew what everything was and since I had to wrap almost all the presents just about by myself. I got back at everybody by putting lots of tape on them but they still wanted me to wrap presents. They didn’t like wrapping presents.
My cousin had a friend that wrapped her gifts in duck tape when I was a kid. It was comical watching her open them. I did it a couple years ago when my daughter turned 18. It was fun and she hasn't forgotten it either 😂
It was all in fun though. Nobody got upset we had a good laugh out of it.

Challenge: we do random acts of kindness in December. Maybe ideas for a once a month or more through out the year? Maybe leprechauns drop a bag of candy to a parking lot in March?
I agree -- everyone donates at Thanksgiving through the new year and then, things get forgotten til the new year...sort of like buying roses on Valentines day -- it is more of a 'requirement' would rather get flowers on a random July day.... Try it out once a month and let us know how it goes!
As a palliative/ long term care PSW/CNA i love that you guys go to visit the elderly many of them dont have family that comes to visit them this time of year. sending prayers to berts dad and family. i tell the families i take care of in hospice to cherish every moment they are able to

Watching this made me happy and I truly feel like I am watching family far away, opening presents and having Christmas together. I needed this…my only and beloved sister died very suddenly on December 13. It has been a whirlwind of carrying on with Christmas, family gathering, the memorial service. Now…. Things quiet down and it is time to carry on, work through the loss, etc. Thank You, Happy Peoples.

Love ❤️ from our family to yours! Your breakfast treats looked 😋 yummy! Our tradition is to make a breakfast casserole in the😅 slow cooker & it cooks while we sleep. By 6 a.m. it's ready to eat! I like seeing how other families do Christmas morning. In our family, we are typically up at no later than 6am on Christmas day with all present unwrapped and breakfast had by 8. Being summer, though, it is hard to sleep in and we are a family of early risers. Thank you for sharing your day with us.
