I see the peace on your face Lauren as you are cuddling Violet. It’s so beautiful. There is just something so special with the father - daughter bond so seeing Mark holding Violet touched me deeply. I’m thankful that you have this quiet time with Violet to heal and let your hormones adapt to post pregnancy! You have been through so much and I pray that each day you feel stronger. Maggie is a hero for she gave her life for her sister Violet. Maggie was born on Christmas day so she will always be in your hearts and mind. Maggie is in spirit with Violet, she will guide her along as she grows up. Prayers to you and your family. Blessings to you all.
This brings back so many memories! I lost a twin, too. Baby B, Connor James, was born 8 weeks early. He's now 23, 6'4", healthy and the absolute love of my life! Rest in love, Baby Maggie. Baby Violet... you are going to be sooo loved!

Welcome to the world Miss Violet. You don’t know it yet but you have a huge community praying for you and your family. Mom says you’re a fighter… she would know she has fought hard for you and your sister all the while keeping home and family together. She is a beautiful soul and you sweet girl are so blessed to have her as a mom. So many of us have been waiting for this update and are so relieved you are here. Now that Violet is here I would like to share the story of my nephews. My sister had the same experience. I was with her when baby A was born, and he did not survive. Weeks later I was with her when baby B came. I am his Godmother. He is now 37 years old and has four wonderful children of his own ❤️ We are all keeping the prayers coming and are excited to watch Violet grow with her family 🙏

I just don’t think she should have trusted the doctor in this. Im sure God would have helped both twins. Separating that placenta was not wise they caused an abortion😢
@@HopeLaFleur1975 That is such a cruel thing to say on this post. I am a Christian too, but know that not everyone, as you know, are in the same place as you are in their walk with the Lord. They did the best they could with where they are spiritually and emotionally, with the information that they were given. There are times to speak your opinion with wisdom and other times not. This is definitely not one of them. You need to learn some wisdom and compassion in your journey.
@@HopeLaFleur1975 no the operation was God's work, he gave the Dr's the skills to help Violet make it here, if there was no intervention there was no hope of either girl surviving. this was a miracle and His plan.

There is a lot of us crying with y'all. While I know you are so excited and happy to welcome baby Violet, I can imagine the grief you feel over losing little Maggie is so immense. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your whole family during such an emotional time. I know Violet with grow up loved and very much protected by her 4 older brothers. My nephew Carson was stillborn July 2020 and the best thing I can do for his mom is talk about him. Remembering them and talking about them helps so much. Take care. Maggie is a very sweet angel 😇 welcome to the world Violet!

My husband twin sister was stillborn in 1955xx She was donated to science and helped to develop the Rogan shot!!♥️
I am so grateful for the Rogam shot! It allowed us to have more kids.

This brought back my twin birth. I had my boys at 31 weeks, 3lbs 8oz and 3ibs 12ozs, Both boys did well , spent 8 weeks in the NICU, and are now 38 yrs old, one has a 3 yrr old of his own. My heart does out to you and your family with your loss. Enjoy your little one. Maggie will always be part of your heart. Sending love.

I was so happy to see part 2 and see that you had Violet ( beautiful name) My oldest daughter came 2 months early and weighed 2lb 4oz. She stayed in the NICU for 6 weeks. Those were scary times! Medical technology has came a long way, and my daughter is now a mom herself ❤ They grow up so fast,so cherish every moment!!! Happy 2024 to you and your beautiful family ❤❤❤

CONGRATS !! LAUREN AND MARK and Family, I am welcoming Violet, into my heart, Lauren she is precious beyond words. Maggie will be Violet's little ANGEL sister watching over her as she grows and gets stronger. Congratulations on the safe arrival of Violet Sharon ❤ I had my first daughter at 30weeks and she was 3lb 8oz also. She was in hospital for 6 weeks and was totally fine afterwards - now 30 yeards old and never had issues as a result of her early arrival. I hope Violet has a similar journey and you get her home and can start to recover from the loss of Maggie and the stress of the pregnancy. This precious little girl will be adored by all, as will her beloved sister, Maggie xxx

I, myself, had a preemie baby. She was not a twin but was 10 wks early. She weighed 2lb 12 ozs. She was only in the NICU for 5 wks. She is now 22, almost 23. She is our brain box, been to college and university. She has a heart of gold, very independent,has a mind of her own and can argue her side of things very intelligently.
Violet will surprise you every step of the way. Chin up and hang in there. You all can do this. Everyone is rooting for Violet and for your family.xxxxxxxxx
