Love riding, but all the little things to deal with can drive you nuts. Mudding, it's a love hate, you get all the normal stuff plus extra wear and issues with a side of a lot of cleaning. The things we do for a little fun lol
Well last time we tried to seal up the belt we failed. So probably got to completely strip it down and figure out what’s going on. Also the noise we figure is the rear axle so gunna have to replace that too. Thinking about taking to our local shop and just getting a complete service done.
@@5401Productions myself, I would bring it in. Nothing sucks more than us armature mechanics chasing issues. Sometimes you gotta wave the white flag lol. For the wet belt, heck, both canned ham and Polaris say they are tested in the factory, I call BS. They only warranty the seal for 6 months and mine leaked if riding in watery mud or water and it was more than 30-60 seconds. And I had never removed the cover. So it wasn't my doing. I get it, mud machines get what they consider severe use, but the CVT case should be water tight mud machine or not. Bearings, bushings etc, I get 6 months is reasonable if mudding. But no excuse on the CVT case.

Exactly. Love mudding and going full send but that comes with more trouble. Wouldn’t want it any other way lol
