Why movespeed boots over lifesteal? Jhin is pretty close combat orientated adc outside of ultimate. He really needs that lifesteal for sustain inbetween battles, to deny the poke from artillery mages and long-range adcs and for raw 1vs1 outstatting opponents in the late game to preserve shut downs vs assasins. All the movespeed boots do are the minor(really minor, 10 ms) increase in movement speed and some slow decrease which can be ok vs rylai abusers or Nasus but nowhere near the lifesteal boots or Mercuries if needed. Next one. Fleet is useless, don't take it. Jhin can activate the conqueror pre 4th shot and get huge damage boost, 3 autos, 1st ability and second ability do activate full conqueror and you get huge damage boost for execution. It is a musthave and it does way more damage than fleet's "sustain" would ever provide. Fleet is just a bad rune, don't use it. Third, Jhin's damage in teamfight gets augmented by first ability quite a bit if it either hits 4 enemies or if you can kill minion/jg monster first. It is a significant damage upgrade because of AoE nature of the ability which perfectly synergies with traps for even more effect, which is why it is often better to get hunter:genius to reduce your cooldowns in teamfights and skirmishes instead of tiny bit of healing and money from sweet tooth. I am GM adc main BTW and also have very high winrate on Jhin.
Third ability also can be like passive income and wave management in creeping when you go to objective. Place it in front if your tower where the minion will be stopping, or at the middle where our and their minion meets.
As a former Jhin main in LoL PC, I always loved your Jhin videos. I learned a lot from watching it, there was literally a game where I carried my team and dealt 73k damage at the end👌
Just finished the video, I think I'm qualified enough to be as good as you, because everytime you say something I'd say to myself, "Yeah, yeah, I know, Hells.". But that's for me, for others? I approve this video, exactly what you wanna do on Jhin. It's just a shame that the items in here isn't as strong as the PC ones for Jhin, and the map is a little too small to make use of Jhin range and MS from CRIT, cuz every champion who have a dash could just get in range with you and you're pretty much is dead. And yes lethality is so bad in here, really wants The Collector / Lord Dominik's Regards to be added (Maybe Galeforce as well).
I am a 60% Jhin main too, and seeing videos like this makes me really happy. But honestly, our 4 boi isn't being treated right by Riot. Ok, his latest nerf was fair - ADC dealing 2k of crit damage on objectives was simply nuts -. But every other ADC benefited from the new patchs besides him, and now he fall offs on the late game as hard as before, i lost a trade against a Ashe without ult and with just half of her HP, a fricking Ashe, bro.
A lot of people don’t know that your second stuns when an enemy steps on your flower or when they get hit by you. But it can also be when one of your teammates hits the enemy. Always within 4 seconds though :)
The mark says it all. Chaining your 2nd after a team mate stuns or hits an enemy is something you should do as jhin as that time they spend stunned is more damage for you or the team. Or even a kill

Ive been bouncing around alot of lanes in Wild Rift and just recently came back to ADC with Jhin (my most played champion and my favorite of them all). Thank you Hells for the guide and cant wait to start climbing with the good advice!
Im a long playing Jhin main in league (500k mastery), and transferred over to wild rift. People seriously need to listen to you because I agree with almost everything you say here xD, I just prefer differen runes and boot upgrades. I used to especially play Jhin in season 5, which is what the current item system for wild rift uses, and its 100% either IE first or stormrazor first, into the other. Stormrazor is such a crazy item power spike, because it lets you slow down enemies with the first auto attack, and then you can follow it up to a lot of damage with following auto attacks while they are slowed (or you can auto once, and walk away with fleet + stormrazor for easy trades). Yomous is JUST good early game, and becomes such a menial item later on once enemies armor start scaling.

I can say that thanks to you, Jhin is in my ADC pool along with Kaisa (first one I was drawn to), Jinx (randomly good with her), and Ashe (learned ADC and support on her). Jhin and Jinx are a little similar in that you can drop a trap into the middle of a chaotic teamfight and sometimes win the fight off of that alone, which is one reason I enjoy playing them. They're pretty similar in other ways too, so I'm not surprised that you play both at a high level.
i have this experimental jhin build where he builds ghost + flash and nimbus cloak then the items would be have more crit + ad (infinity edge + bloodthirster + mortal reminder + stormrazer + guardian angel) with the move speed(for kiting and dodging) or stoneplate(if u need more hp) boot enchant. this build has a lot more move speed early game, has more dmg in early to mid game, can take a few hits and you dont rely on your team as much
Jhin is getting buffs next patch indirectly. Swiftness boots are getting a rework that gives you speed boost for 1 second on hit, which will allow you to drop fleet footwork which is nerfed now, and go for Conqueror or Kraken Slayer, or even Electrocute or Grasp, since Grasp is getting bonus AD scaling ratio... Fleet is trash rune now beside few exceptions that use a lot of mana like Singed or TF....
@@aptq9116 yeah but you get stack damage at least. I also use bloodthirster on Jhin, so it would make a good synergy.... At least there will be grasp for lane poking. or electrocute.... Anyway I wait to test it.

I dont understand why Jhin is underrated. I am a Jhin main with 800+ matches with 51% win rate, mainly playing in high emerald to diamond elo. Beleive me, Jhin fits in pretty much every matchup. Just you need to kite yourself properly because of his lack of attack speed. Rest, he has literally everything. His damage is phenomenal throughout the whole game. His kit fits perfectly both in laning and teamfight. His wave clearance is also good, flower+grenade+deadly flourish (E+Q+W) and boom, the whole wave is cleared. P.S. : Jhin is the only adc having highest attack damage in whole game, because his attack speed also gets converted into attack damage! Edit : In some matchups where your team has high attack speed/ assassins /burst damage dealers, Jhin might lose some kills but still he can assist his team by deadly flourish root, captive audience slow, dancing grenade's poke and Curtain Call's slow.

I wouldn't say Yomuu is bad. It's like a slower safer option. But it delays the crit powerspike by a lot. It's like "my support is braindead I need to survive on my own" option. Plus temporary attack speed is converted into AD
I used to play a lot of Jhin before LT & Kraken. An idea that I’d like to share for lane is kill one minion with AA and the second with your 1st so you have sure bounce on an enemy. (Free trade from safe distance)
I used to be a Jhin main because I got hooked with his kit when I was new to Wild Rift and I used to to climb up to Platinum and now I'm a bit rusty now which is sad, I really enjoyed my time with mah boi Jhin tho XD
I've started to pick up jhin since i was very interested in his in game lore and gameplay. Even though i was new to league, i immediately got the hang of him and dominated games with the help of your videos and old lol pc jhin videos. Thats where i also learned how to alternate between basic attacks and abilities. Though i agree Jhin is slightly more team reliant as u need to depend on your teammates to engage before you can follow up with 2nd skill and 1st skill. Definitely one of my favorite champs and will live to get one of his skins.

I've actually been playing Jhin duo lane recently, along with Akshan mid and duo lane and Fizz mid lane. Coaching would be really helpful, especially with Jhin and Akshan's ults.
I find Fleet Footwork is such a bad rune since they changed it. Ive just been trying other runes on Jhin like Grasp and Phase Rush for the hell of it since it feels like an empty runeslot these days for him. It may sound weird but Lethal Tempo adding attack speed then critting with Jhin should be pretty strong for his move speed too.
have u tried maxing 3rd second? it feels good specially on team fights, if u place your 3rd carefully, the enemy won't have time to dodge it during a clash. and if it is maxed it will hurt alot. plus if someone die, jhin's passive will hit hard as well. Edit: the players who builds ghostblade on jhin is probably a league pc player and casually just playing wildrift, they don't care what's the meta they're just building based on their league experience. that's why there are ghostblade user in the leaderboards, specially on sea server.

I have been maining Jhin since Gold and I am now in Diamond with 59% winrate because of your Jhin guide. Can't thank you enough! But the thing is, I sometimes lag off during the mid game if I dont steamroll my lane in the early game. I feel like this is when Jhin is at his weakest because his damage is not the best to kill off the enemy and I sometimes leave most of the enemy at low HP. Because of this, my team will can sometimes int and chase the low HP enemies into their death, leading to total anhinillation of my team. (Probably this is just a problem of my current elo) Maybe you can make a guide for Jhin players to survive this game phase and push until the late game?

next patch conqueror is dead for jhin, they rework the rune to give lifesteal instead of aditional damage

I've actually been playing Jhin duo lane recently, along with Akshan mid and duo lane and Fizz mid lane. Coaching would be really helpful, especially with Jhin and Akshan's ults.
I find Fleet Footwork is such a bad rune since they changed it. Ive just been trying other runes on Jhin like Grasp and Phase Rush for the hell of it since it feels like an empty runeslot these days for him. It may sound weird but Lethal Tempo adding attack speed then critting with Jhin should be pretty strong for his move speed too.

have u tried maxing 3rd second? it feels good specially on team fights, if u place your 3rd carefully, the enemy won't have time to dodge it during a clash. and if it is maxed it will hurt alot. plus if someone die, jhin's passive will hit hard as well.
Edit: the players who builds ghostblade on jhin is probably a league pc player and casually just playing wildrift, they don't care what's the meta they're just building based on their league experience. that's why there are ghostblade user in the leaderboards, specially on sea server.

I have been maining Jhin since Gold and I am now in Diamond with 59% winrate because of your Jhin guide. Can't thank you enough!
But the thing is, I sometimes lag off during the mid game if I dont steamroll my lane in the early game.
I feel like this is when Jhin is at his weakest because his damage is not the best to kill off the enemy and I sometimes leave most of the enemy at low HP. Because of this, my team will can sometimes int and chase the low HP enemies into their death, leading to total anhinillation of my team. (Probably this is just a problem of my current elo)
Maybe you can make a guide for Jhin players to survive this game phase and push until the late game?
Really good video hells thanks man. I mainly play support now but love the game and learning other lanes. Was not sure who my go to adc should be but this helps frame how Jhin ultimately should be played. Will look to apply these tips to any upcoming games!

ngl I'm not a good jhin mains, but I always use him whenever I feel like my jungler are not going to do well cuz jhin potential in stealing objectives is so absurdly high,his 4th shot plus with energized item maxed out,10\10
