Noise db. test and 2 hour flight time weight. ( Fuel/weight dif) Then do a thrust to weight ratio (with fuel weight handicapped) on both and see who wins. Then scale that number down to a power range of a top 80 or that other bootleg 80, can't think of the name, just to see what's coming in the lower power ranges.
Ah yes, flying around the Superstition Mountains on a clear Arizona evening. My uncle used to live not far from where you took off. It must have been an incredible view in person.
Love two strokes but this one sounds mean! Absolutely had to buy tickets for the contest. Personally if I win, it's going to be the trike motor and I'll keep the Maverick as a foot launcher.
Would love to see an oil change, valve check, and whatever may differ from the two strokes we are used to. Also would like a honest take on who would might be best suited with a Moster and who might benefit from one of these 4-stroke engines.
Thank you for letting me "fly" through your videos. Some day I'd like to come to wherever you are launching from and meet you. (I live in the east valley so it shouldn't be too hard if you are up for it.)
Maybe do an engine specification comparison, try running the same size prop on both of them and compare that, make sure your two-stroke has a fresh set of rings, so the compression be at it's best.
Nice review! But, at 280cc shouldn’t you do a Cosmos comparison review? Seems like this new 4-stroke will be a great engine on a lightweight trike or a very light tandem,,,,anywho, nice video, love that you always leave in your candid stuff like the turbulence,,,,
Two strokes often have a power to weight ratio of approximately 2:1 relative to 4 strokes. It really depends on the individual engines, but the power to weight ratio of two strokes is significantly higher than four.
When you do the comparison video between the two stroke and the four stroke sprinkle in some of your thoughts between those and electric. I’m curious to find out what you think about the upside and down sides of each, Maneuverability, power, the overall feel, ease of use. What you would recommend for beginner.
There is many reasons why pro supercross and motorcross dirt bikes have went from 2 strokes to four stroke… that top horse power.. and smooth power band… it’s from idle to wide open… plus no mixing fuel and oil..
Range test…love to see how far she can go at a decent altitude…can she cruise ? The very early dawn of personal air vehicles is here…and I’m curious as to whether paramotors can be more than a stunting toy … can they actually be used as a PAV for going to work or a weekend kind of trip ? Knowing range is useful. As lighter materials come along, maybe a six cylinder small engine for a trike or something… 🤔
You were just floating like a butterfly up there at cruise, seemed so chill. Next trip should be to my back yard! 😂 You said you have only flown 2 strokes... doesn't the electric motor count? ♥️🪂☮️
I had the same misconception about 2 stroke and 4 stroke engines. Only it was boat engines. I had a 25 HP 2 cycle and bought a 15 HP 4 cycle to replace it. The 4 cycle had a prop almost twice the diameter of my 25 HP 2 cycle and a lot more thrust. My 4 cycle wasn't as quick with "the whole shot", but outperformed the 2 cycle as far as speed. In fact with my fully loaded boat and 3 passengers including myself, I could easily keep up with other boats using a 25 HP 2 cycle.

When you were flying by the mountains I thought man that's beautiful, but also crazy. I can't image flying higher than 50 to 100 feet, but I guess you get used to it.
Great video tucker! Typically 5 -7 prime of the throttle should get you started quickly.
You should do a hang test on that frame with lighter weights. We found that 160lb is about the minimum weight on the P2F frame before you run out of adjustments on the swingarms.
Enjoy the Quattro!
Congratulations Quattroooooo!!!!
Nice video Tucker, that thing sounds great!
Dude so epic! Crazy hearing a four stroke! Haha 69 pounds😂 man the torque on that thing has to be crazy!! Epic video man super stoked on the new shirt!!!
I can’t wait to see what you do next with that Beast?
The European Fresh Breeze Trike with the 250 cc Fuel Injected engine is Trouble Free and gets great MPG...there was a video on YT about this Trike/Engine...
Awesome video of the mountains.
America is so beautiful😊 1:08
Your Grandfather was right 👍👍👍 It just can not be over sated how much more reliable a 4 stroke motor is !!! You should buy a 4 stroke and keep it for your channel, not only the sound is better, but the reliability will allow you to fly more places 🙂🙂🙂
When stacking boxes at the food warehouse, we put them on a 85 pound pallet. I’ll never lift up a pallet but slide it along the floor.
I can understand what 85 pounds is then. It’s a lot I would want to be in shape. Just like when moving any heavy objects, it would be important for me to important to do the squats leading to safer movement
Yo! Now that you are in AZ. We should do some flying around. I've got a Cessna 182 up here in Flagstaff. Happy to meet anywhere in the state.
You should go and fly in NEW JERSEY. That i wanna see!! Can i get an amen up in here??
I love it! do an economy test. how loud is it.
Dude I can't wait to get into paramotoring.!!!! Seriously.
It will be interesting to see your experience with throttle response for low and slow foot dragging and tumbleweed jumping.
Noise db. test and 2 hour flight time weight. ( Fuel/weight dif) Then do a thrust to weight ratio (with fuel weight handicapped) on both and see who wins. Then scale that number down to a power range of a top 80 or that other bootleg 80, can't think of the name, just to see what's coming in the lower power ranges.
Posting at sunrise! It’s chilly today!
Great maiden 👍
Noticeably quieter during your in-flight discussion
Wow, the sound, like a real aircraft 😂
Ah yes, flying around the Superstition Mountains on a clear Arizona evening. My uncle used to live not far from where you took off. It must have been an incredible view in person.
Come fly around Signal Butte and Queen Creek Rd sometime
First time I've seen you so shook up. Turbulence looked really bad. You made the right call.
Great video, Tucker!
You should put the 140 four blade E-prop on it from way back in the day see how snappy you can really get
I bet that just sounds nicer for everyone on the ground as well
Thank you for letting me "fly" through your videos. Some day I'd like to come to wherever you are launching from and meet you. (I live in the east valley so it shouldn't be too hard if you are up for it.)
Is there any little hand pump? If you hae you might need to use that in order to push the fuel into engine
I can't wait for my first flight!
All I want to see is you enjoying it!
Sounds nice too
Can you compare to the Moster EFI too, those would seem to be the most comparable for cross country maximum efficiency machines
Maybe do an engine specification comparison, try running the same size prop on both of them and compare that, make sure your two-stroke has a fresh set of rings, so the compression be at it's best.
Sound DB test for sure and also flight time on full tank vs 2 stroke
Nice review! But, at 280cc shouldn’t you do a Cosmos comparison review? Seems like this new 4-stroke will be a great engine on a lightweight trike or a very light tandem,,,,anywho, nice video, love that you always leave in your candid stuff like the turbulence,,,,
Two strokes often have a power to weight ratio of approximately 2:1 relative to 4 strokes. It really depends on the individual engines, but the power to weight ratio of two strokes is significantly higher than four.
@ Thanks for the input, but Power/Weight/Efficiency/maintenance/Price are the considerations for 2t v 4t,,,,,otherwise, no one would ever bother, huh?
Put a small turbo on it.
That's a good looking propeller : )
When you do the comparison video between the two stroke and the four stroke sprinkle in some of your thoughts between those and electric. I’m curious to find out what you think about the upside and down sides of each, Maneuverability, power, the overall feel, ease of use. What you would recommend for beginner.
How cool. I'd be interested to see a longer distance trip if it is made for that sort of thing.
That thing sounds great! 😃
Lighter weight prop. Maybe a three blade as well
There is many reasons why pro supercross and motorcross dirt bikes have went from 2 strokes to four stroke… that top horse power.. and smooth power band… it’s from idle to wide open… plus no mixing fuel and oil..
It seems considerably quieter. Maybe it's just a lower frequency. I like it. LOTS 😀
Crispy Intro! Hope to meet you one day!
Hell yeah, this is exciting motor news!
I'd like to see you do a lengthy cross country run with it to see how it does XC.
can you test the pull starter in the next video? just to know if make sense to take it without electric starter or not, to save weight...
You were just floating like a butterfly up there at cruise, seemed so chill. Next trip should be to my back yard! 😂 You said you have only flown 2 strokes... doesn't the electric motor count? ♥️🪂☮️
Hi Tucker. Did you do a heads up comparison with mustache system. Interested in pro's cons. Fly on.
Hook it up to big Bertha and see how the EOS does for tandem trike flight.
That's the plan!
It would be interesting to have one to try for a few flights over Leicestershire, Clive at CM Paramotors
Also, since it uses a choke, climb high and shut it down, glide and see if it restarts after a 5-10min cool down gliding.
Let's go Tucker!!
