That M11 was doing work for me after the update and tearing through heavies. I actually started using Light for the first time yesterday and had no money to purchase anything and used the M11. I only started playing the game on Monday, but I was consistently getting 20+ pieces with Light + M11. I will try it with the MP5 once I get the cloak and equipment for light.
Most "insane" sword (melee in general) players are using bugs to their advantage. That isn't healthy for the game. Melee should have never been a weapon class, or it should have been ultra specific to each class. Like stowing your weapon to pull out your melee weapon, each class gets a unique melee weapon to carry with them.

Flamethrower have very important role, more important than kills: it makes toxic gas dissapear. Toxic gas is most OP thing in finals and flamethrowers counters it in a sec. Deserves A or B+. Revolver need damage buff and speed nerf but they wont because they dont want revolver 2 shots lights. C tier. Riot shield needs movement speed and attack speed buff. D-. CL-40 need just one more bullet and just a little faster reload time. then maybe it goes higher tier. Sh1900 need damage-range nerf. then it deserves that tier. Throwing knifes needs right click buff, faster cast time or ability to hold in your hand or maybe throwing 3 knifes. then it goes tier A. Dagger needs a special attack with reload button to escape D tier. Sniper C tier . M11 A tier LH1 D tier for sure but needs to be moved to Medium class. IMO
Melee weapons hopefully never become meta. It's an FPS game. Also, game is over before it starts most of the time when a teammate picks sniper. I'd rather have a dashing sword light on the team

I’ll have to disagree with you on the flame thrower to. It’s awkward at first trying to learn. But after extensive play with it. There’s no other weapon I want to use especially close range. Pair it with fire grenades, fire mines, and frags/gas grenades (gas situational) and you got a very nasty hold and flame class. Rocket for breaching. And charge and slam for control /breaching. Let it cook. It’s much more OP than it seems.
If revolver didn’t have bloom it would definitely be S tier Considering it two taps mediums and three taps heavy thing would probably need a nerf but the bloom just makes it terrible or I could just be missing by a mf milipixle
I feel like it comes down to slowing down your shots, because the bloom mostly happens when you shoot fast. But then it reduces the overall DPS so it does make it worse but it's at least fun to play

Which could possible be fixed with giving customizable sights or what not on your weapons. Like a revolver with a red dot would be super nice to have. But again I do feel something is fundamentally wrong with revolver in the regard where somehow you end up missing shots when you really think it should’ve hit
How can you put the heavy shotgun in S and immediately say that it only works effeciently in a specific comp? Doesnt sound like an S tier weapon. You need to evaluate what these tiers mean not only for yourself but for the game itself

I believe a good way to make the sniper more relivant in the game is to focus on the weapons utility. Snipers are always a challenge for devs because buffing them leads to op damage but right now they struggle against anything but lights. I would suggest that they change the sniper and utilize a few of these ideas. 1. Make the sniper shoot laser rounds that go through energy based barriers without damage reduction. 2. While on topic with energy rounds allow them to act as an emp to electronics like the guardian turrent and aps turrent. 3. Give the gun the ability to 3 shot cables on platforms to break them so the platform comes down. 4. Than Also give it the ability to shoot through walls but no more than 1 or else hackers will reek havic with that. It would make sonar grenades, motion sensor, and the tracking darts played a lot more often and dependacy on medium players to help by using sonar. Some of these Ideas above can be future gadgets instead that buff that weapon specifically (Energy bullets, Full Metal Jacket bullets) that way you don't buff the characters weapon purely. It removes the already useless at range gadgets for important ones for ranged fighters but also penatlizes the players that want to run in hip firing by giving them less close range gadgets. If you really want to go crazy give them a sonar dart gun similar to the tracking dart but instead it only activates after traveling a certain distance (maybe an dicator before firing to help with that) but keep the pings low to like 2. That way they can snipe from a far but cant stand in the next room. BUT.... Than you need to give Mediums (support) a glitch fog grenade to prevent sonars, tracking darts, recon, and the mentioned sonar dart. Its needed in order to cap without getting sniped through walls because of the dart. The distance your forced to play to utilize the dart also lowers your time to react to someone capping the Cashout so there's counter play to the buffs and risk and reward.
I would not put shield into the D. It's more like at C or even at B. On some maps it's actually a dicent weapon if you know how to block bullets with your left side. I would swap knifes and shield with places, since throwing knifes are garbage
i think it's not about "being a bad weapon" It's more about losing options. Yes? shield can be annoying and yes you can hit and block with left side but what will you do if someone initiates from far away

Sniper can be very good in the right hands. Obviously the xp-54 ect will be better but i have solo defended a cashout in ranked with a sniper, crane and glitch nades
no way revolver b. there 3 weapons for med that allow u to continiously deal dmg without exposing yourself which are shotgun, cl and revolver. if you understand angles and positions you play, have a good crosshair placement when you peek and abuse that peeker advantage hard- revolver is the beast. i clutched a lot of situations with low hp when i was jigglin cover. and your team are really dependant on having their medium alive as long as possible. i agree that it's harder weapon to master since you have play properly and aim for headshots, but it's not making weapon worse. visual recoil is an big issue tho, you have to take your time between shots when you peek mid+ range target. but still a or a+ weapon tho.

Diamond lobbies with the flamethrower you are sleeping on it. Easy kills on multiple people. Medium defib is useless because you burn them both instantly. Also with the gas being meta it’s an automatic counter to gas mines and gas grenades. I’ll easily drop 40 kill tournaments with a flamethrower I also use barricades and burn straight over the barricades while dancing around them super simple and powerful. You just gotta know how to play it

Flamethrower is free kills for console players. I run ranked tournaments on ps5 in pc lobbies w my friends and I ROUTINELY outscore them just because of how op the fucking flamethrower is

This patch was aids adding bloom to everything, not even mildly interested until it's patched. Beyond that, the game has dozens of issues and I just can't take it seriously anymore. It's been taken over by loser 1 viewer cheaters on Twitch and 3 stack cheese metas against every asshole who dares to solo queue. There is zero chance they can fix the core problems in time. It's Joever.
They will be fine because most people are having fun regardless of what issues they have. It's the most hype shooter on the market, it's not over it's just started. Nice cope though.

I would use evasive dash over cloak
Spacing out shots and peeking with cover is what makes the revolver good, spamming with it will make you miss because of bloom

Sniper would be cool if you had a heavy that opened sight lines for you but that’s probably too much to expect from teammates.

The visual recoil is just too much, you can't rapid fire at close range consistently. Forced to take medium range fights you still lose vs Scar and AK
