completely agree, it is there hidden or silent relationship that is so beautiful. It really wasn't until Carol reached out to Daryl and befriended him that we saw Daryl transform because he realized someone cared for him. Without Carol we really wouldn't have the Daryl everyone loves because she brought him to see that he cared about her and Sophia and ultimately that he needed the group. Without Carol bringing him back he probably would have went off looking for Meryl and ended up like him. She saved him and he saved her as well.

Thank you for this video! So beautiful. I enjoyed it as much as I have enjoyed watching Daryl and Carol's friendship/relationship develop steadily over the last 4 1/2 seasons. They are two of the most interesting characters to watch on the show. Their transformations have been profound and yet they still have way more to grow. The way they communicate in the silences takes my breath away.
I really love Daryl and Carol. Every time I am watching The Walking Dead I always hoping to see them together and seeing them together really makes my day! :)
I have shipped them since Season 2, since after Sophie went missing... and then later discovered at Hershel's barn. Just the way Daryl caught Carol in his arms as she ran toward her lost daughter. And then fell to the ground with Carol, and held onto her, comforting her during her grief. They've looked out for each other, since. Carol was his encouragement, Daryl was her strength - until she could find her own. They have each other's back, and yes they do love each other deeply. A respectful, deep emotional bonded love. Fans hoped they would Canon during S-5, but other events took place. Though they keep getting "interrupted" perhaps there is romantic hope for them yet

You need to add the way she looks at his crossbow when she finds it at Terminus, like it's him; that she can't bear to see him cry, when Beth is killed; that he knows her touch without even seeing her, also when Beth is killed; and finally from Beth's death, her touch calms him (he drops his arm almost the second she touches him and allows her to pull him away). Also he panics when he loses her, from Consumed.

You know...I don't ship, but Carol is my second favorite character after Rick Grimes, so I want more storylines for her so I wouldn't mind something between the two because they already have a mutual understanding and love for each other. Also, it would be nice if the writers did that just to rub it in the face of the annoying Bethylers who wanted the show to be assassinated with their Twilight-like ship. I'm not expecting much just yet, but even a light kiss or a kiss on the cheek would be enough. Plus they have an amazing chemistry and she gave him the line that changed his character "every bit as good as Rick and Shane" rather than all the cliche "It wouldn't kill ya to have a little faith" - what fairytale did Beth get that from?
I would like to see these two come together but, so far, seeing more a friendship (and not even that) I've read the actor who plays Daryl doesn't want them to get together...but many times do that to throw everyone off. It will be a shame if the writers don't even play more with the idea.

Thank you for this video! So beautiful. I enjoyed it as much as I have enjoyed watching Daryl and Carol's friendship/relationship develop steadily over the last 4 1/2 seasons. They are two of the most interesting characters to watch on the show. Their transformations have been profound and yet they still have way more to grow. The way they communicate in the silences takes my breath away.
I really love Daryl and Carol. Every time I am watching The Walking Dead I always hoping to see them together and seeing them together really makes my day! :)
I have shipped them since Season 2, since after Sophie went missing... and then later discovered at Hershel's barn. Just the way Daryl caught Carol in his arms as she ran toward her lost daughter. And then fell to the ground with Carol, and held onto her, comforting her during her grief. They've looked out for each other, since. Carol was his encouragement, Daryl was her strength - until she could find her own. They have each other's back, and yes they do love each other deeply. A respectful, deep emotional bonded love. Fans hoped they would Canon during S-5, but other events took place. Though they keep getting "interrupted" perhaps there is romantic hope for them yet

You need to add the way she looks at his crossbow when she finds it at Terminus, like it's him; that she can't bear to see him cry, when Beth is killed; that he knows her touch without even seeing her, also when Beth is killed; and finally from Beth's death, her touch calms him (he drops his arm almost the second she touches him and allows her to pull him away). Also he panics when he loses her, from Consumed.

You know...I don't ship, but Carol is my second favorite character after Rick Grimes, so I want more storylines for her so I wouldn't mind something between the two because they already have a mutual understanding and love for each other. Also, it would be nice if the writers did that just to rub it in the face of the annoying Bethylers who wanted the show to be assassinated with their Twilight-like ship. I'm not expecting much just yet, but even a light kiss or a kiss on the cheek would be enough. Plus they have an amazing chemistry and she gave him the line that changed his character "every bit as good as Rick and Shane" rather than all the cliche "It wouldn't kill ya to have a little faith" - what fairytale did Beth get that from?
