god, i haven't felt a positive feeling for caryl since all the drama went down, but this video just donkey kicked me in the heart. reminded me why i love them, and why they are in my top otps of all time. great video, and great song choice!

It's funny, I've watched this video several times, posted, commented and just read your description. I think you nailed it on the head - so much hate was directed at each actor, and why? I believe we were all manipulated by AMC/TWD, they figured if we blamed each other we wouldn't blame them and they'd escape the shit show that followed the pull of the Carol/Daryl spinoff. I don't think either actor had a choice in this matter and I think they've been silenced with threats to leaking the real story. Angela Kang was pulled too... Think about it, it makes total sense. With that said, I do hope we one day get our Carol/Daryl story but, sadly, since we haven't seen anything with Rick either, I doubt any of it will happen. I think we were pacified with Rick stories so there was no revolt. I don't think there ever will be, AMC/TWD will just continue to drag us along with the possibly of a glimpse of Rick, only to sell us on watching continuous spinoffs. I will watch because I love the characters, but I no longer hold any hope out for any long-awaited reunions. 💔 Still, you did an amazing job on this video and even if we never get our spinoff, at least I have this! Thank you very much! 💜

There can be of course reasons which aren't confirmed. But as far as we know and following what Norman Reedus said in public Melissa wants to take a break after being Carol for 12 years. That's a heavy long time.. I personally think it's understandable and something we must respect. She brought a lot to the TWD table and I also think it's very sad she won't be in this spin-off. But then again, like I said, who knows, right? TWD is for sure quite some franchise, all here for the money making. And a show mostly becomes bad when it gets so many seasons. I also don't have high hopes but well :') I think the same like you here, I can still have the editing and spend some time with Caryl there. Thank you too❤

She probably does need rest, they all do - I think I've heard both Norman and JDM state they'd been filming for 12-18 months straight. I just feel Melissa would've done the show had it not been moved. I also feel if it had been Melissa's decision that she would've said something, instead both her and Angela Kang have been totally silent, and to me that means it's a forced silence. It is what it is, we can all agree to disagree, I will never begrudge any of the actors, ever. I'm very grateful for the last 12 years. And grateful for the talent of fans like you that share amazing stuff like this with us!! Thank you so very much!
