    The world seems increasingly screwed up at the moment, with geopolitics, but sailors are above such pettiness. If you have to get fit and it takes time, you have to put that first. I am sure you'll get better, because you have had every test. Looking forward to see more adventures soon.

    We missed you. Happy too see you together and worrying that they could not find the health issue. Sounds like a damaged or blocked nerve, you may want to try physiotherapy or Yoga exercises to hopefully make things better. Certainly, you belong to the boat and hopefully things will improve a bit further.

    It is really sorry for you about the ordeal you are going through. All kind of doctors around, many clueless and many wanting to make big bucks. So far my best experience is in Thailand. I had a skin disease for year and I got a nice doctor to cure it in a week! Got gut infection, kidney stones too. All well taken care of and not really expensive. Maybe you should do a trip here. They have a friendly visa policy for medical cases and won't mind the country of your passport. Please take care. All my best wishes for a fast recovery.

    p.s. inside gel of vertebra can push out and put slight pressure on spinal cord. and cause your problem. the surgeon will infiltrate the area and suction out the gel. no more pressure on cord, no more pain, if any. weakness in leg should reverse with time and therapy, and dancing can result with big smiles. at least i know 2 people that this happened to. See you🥳✌️

    Sorry to hear about your back troubles. I had a similar experience with terrible sciatic pain from rupturing a disc in my spine. It came on very suddenly. The MRI didn’t show anything and the doctors were minimizing it and wanting me to do physical therapy. but I could tell it was getting worse, and luckily I found a Neurologist who did a nerve study testing the signals between my foot and leg and spine. After the test, he said I needed immediate surgery to prevent nerve damage. He was not a surgeon so I don’t think it was a conflict of interest. In spite of the MRI not showing anything I had a back surgeon do a micro discectomy where they clean out the leaked spinal fluid that was pressing on my sciatic nerve. The surgery took away 95% of my symptoms and I only have a little numbness in my toe. You can still have big problems that are not visible on an MRI. Good luck, I hope you get some relief.

    There has been previous wait times for next video. I wondered yes, if you both safe. Then wait again. I had problems 2016 with spine. I couldn't urinate, BM, extreme pains etc. MRI revealed many problems. Left leg usually the most effected. Pinched nerve ? Sciatica ? You mentioned numbness. If you have pain.....pinched nerve, usually pain at the vertebra, and referral pain happens elsewhere. If Sciatica, pains through your left butt cheek, and down back of left leg. Only** numbness, difficult to walk -> blood supply ? any toes purple ? I was poor man on street, having nothing BUT good looks and great sense of humor 😌 etc. But surgery was ove $150,000. I qualified and it was paid for. You probably already do these things for therapy. But sooner the better: lay on right side, and with left hand massage your Sciatic nerve area lower back meets the buttock, and massage down back of left leg. Be aggressive if not too* painful. Loosen up for good 30 minutes. When getting up, "log roll" push up out of bed. Thin your blood maybe ? Natural therapy in part. Rub goose grease on your tongue ...tastes good🎉. If neeve pinched or Sciatica or blood flow problem, moving the areas/ by massage will at least tell you which one it is. Half the battle is finding out what it is. It builds confidence and then you start figuring out pulleys and different methods of moving on das boat and you can** return to sailing. Living with more pain than before is something to consider. If your arms and head have not experienced*stroke* that is very good. Get your own therapy going, and hang in there Gunter. Will be thinking about you both now, more than before. Peace and blessings to you ❤🎉

    I have been waiting for so long. Where are "my" Umadums? It has been long time no sea/see. That means, for sure, it has been something serious, making your disappearance. Here we are, I found you, and I can see your in-the-mean-time-story. I am not surprised, I have sensed, as you have answered me last time. I know from myself, life is such changing sometimes, but you must think this way, - you have space to react, change and make it better. For sure your life is not going to be the same, but with certain changes you can make it. Like Russian baba, I would recommend every kind of rosemary tea, and as well you soak rosemary in rakija or strong vodka, leave it for a month soaked, make another one, and rub your legs and neck every day in the morning and before you go to bed. It can be any strong alcohol 55-60 DEG. You will plant a lot of rosemary in your Umadum yard. Eat a lot of blueberries, whole lemon, - do not peel or squeeze. You need to exercise. The best is next to you, - sea water. You lay in the water with the head lean on the soft pad or the yacht. Slowly move your legs like swimming, pushing towards the boat. You can include your arms like paddles motions. The more you exercise, you will get strength, then increase your numbers from slow motions to a bit more powerful. Of course, always in mind your limits. Once you get more strength, it will be your daily routine. Half an hour every day. Later on, you support your exercises with walking, try swimming and biking. I know, you are laughing now, but you can include biking in your catamaran, a stationary, so any time, no matter if it is a bad weather, you can do it "at home". If this is kind a stroke and nothing can be seen, it is time to change your diet as well. I know, you have the best cook, you eat the best food anyone can imagine, but avoid diary products, carbohydrates like bread, pasta, -anything from flour and sugar and too much salt. You need to lift 10 kilos and you may see the change. Internet is full of these recipes about thickening the blood. For sure a lot of dark green leafs, veggies. It sound like I am giving you lessons, but I wish You the best, seeing you sailing again, -slow pace! Regards, Boba. Melbourne, Australia. P.S. And "jump" every morning on empty hearth something strong! Rakija, Vodka, Brandy...

    The appropriate medical science approach would be so say it may this 1., 2., 3., 4., or even 5., but we are not sure at this time and need to do further research on your condition, which is different from, "I don't know". Anyway, thank you for the update and we wish you the best. If you sail your boat to Jacksonville, FL because you want to go to Mayo Clinic, I would be glad to help you two with transportation in Jacksonville.

    Hi Your undiagnosed problem got me thinking. I'm a doctor.
    Obviously because you have had "all the tests" something outside the normal has to be considered.
    First, your lifestyle may predispose you to parasitic infection. This can cause these symptoms.
    Rather than doing more tests there is a simple remedy to try. Fenbendazole. It has no side effects so you can try it and see if it works.
    Second, adverse effects of the vaccinations known by smarter doctors includes these possible symptoms.
    The best and simplest effective treatment currently is Chlorine Dioxide Solution (CDS) This also has an antiparasitic effect.
    Again, you can try it, it has no side effects. See if it works.
    If you want more details let me know.
    By the way, love your videos. You need to be back sailing :-)

    • @UmadumSailing
      @UmadumSailing  11 місяців тому

      Thank you so much!
      As i am not vaccinated, you think i should try Fenbendazole?
      If i take it, how long should i take it? How fast will there
      be results? How do i know if it works? Just the numbness in my leg and foot should go away?
      ❤️

    • @richardp3725
      @richardp3725 11 місяців тому

      No problem. Glad if I can help. If there are parasites, these may be small or large. That means visible or microscopic = intracellular. There may also be eggs and larvae. It is best to take Fenbendazole for four days on and and four days off and repeat for at least a month. Initially the adults are killed. then, as the larvae hatch after several days or weeks, they are then also killed. If parasites are involved, your symptoms may be due to damage done already by the physical presence of the parasite or larvae interrupting neural communication pathways. In that case the antiparasitic will not reverse that. However if your symptoms are due to toxic products interfering with your neurological system they can be expected to improve. There is no way of predicting this. I suggest just try it and see as there is no harm from the compound.
      Another excellent antiparasitic is Ivermectin. 8 to 12 mg daily on the same rotating basis. It also has been shown to improve many other symptoms.
      If you want, give me your contact email and I will email you directly which is more private.
      Best wishes
