Thank you so much for this wonderful video - I have been searching for something perfect to paint for the team who have been treating me with electroconvulsive therapy for the past few months to say thank you (they have saved my life ❤) - I suddenly had the idea of lightening and this is just beautiful (whilst still appearing manageable for a novice like myself)!
Great video! I been trying to understand how to paint the bright areas around the actual lightning (on dark backgrounds) for a while and think that your technique to use gouache is very effective! Thank you 🙏🏽

What do you mean? Just need a flat brush with stiff bristles and use it for splattering the stars (but do not wet it, just pick the paint from your palette). Maybe an old toothbrush. :)
