For anyone wondering, I think the mix she used was Superlube 21030 and 51004. I use this for stabs, springs, and for reducing leaf ping, and it works great because you can adjust the thickness.

This is an investment. It will benefit you for sure.
Hey, a tip from the modeling world: to get a super sharp mask (like on the spacebar), prime, then coat the first color as you did here. Wait for it to dry, then mask the area and do a clear coat along the masking tape. That may go under the tape in little splinters, but it also seals the tape line and doesn't show at all after you apply the final clear coat across the whole thing. Let it dry then paint the second color and seal as you did here. Some people say to use a glossy clear coat for sealing the tape line, but I (and others) don't find that necessary. Any clear coat seems to work. Also, you seem to be heading toward getting an airbrush at some point, if these types of upgrades keep up!

sounds can come from a lot of factors not just from the switches themselves, the lube used, the case, the keycaps, all that stuff. I do think gazzew boba u4t fits what you're looking for, but i could be wrong but they're great and you should check them out anyway :D

Hey Betty,
I make and refurbish folding edc knives for a living. And first of I really love your videos, and I mean no disrespect or malice when I say this. But when using a folding knife (such as the one you use in the intro) flicking the knife actually damages it because of the trauma of the blade smacking into the stopping system so hard. What I recommend doing is getting some knife lube putting a drop on the main friction part of the blade and using the flip tab which Is on the back of the blade. Of course you can do whatever you want, it’s your knife just a friendly recommendation.
I got the model with the red switches, it actually sounds and feels pretty great right out the box!

unironically I think there is some need for keyboards larger (or more specifically, with more spacing between keys) than the standard. as a person with large hands, just about any keyboard feels cramped. wish there were some models with just a few mm spacing
