Yeah, finally got a start where no one died, and as soon as I marked Dark the Ewoks went nuts again and killed off 3 toons before I got to go again. Fun times.
BUT, persistence pays off. Thanks, G, for the vid. I've honestly tried this approach with these same troopers before but just didn't keep trying over and over and over till the RNG gods finally smiled down. Even the run I just completed it with 3* had a little hiccup in round 1 where they got a turn in and interrupted my trap build-up. But even with that trap reset I was able to ramp it up enough in the end.
I can confirm a gear 12 dark and gear 10 range trooper worked! All the rest of my troopers where basically the same. Pro tip, don’t load more TM when it’s already full.

Didnt realize you could keep starting over until your guys survived the opening attack. Once they do its easy mode.
I did it with Dark Trooper Gear 9+ and Zeta. Piet R5 Speed 311, Veers R3 Speed 274, Starck R3 Speed 292, Ranged Trooper Gear 12 Speed 263, Dark Trooper Gear 9+ Speed 256. Thank you for this Tipp.

After 267 attempts…. lol. Finally 3 starred Challenge Tier 3 Forrest Moon by using your suggestions. I did use a G10 Dark Trooper. All others were same relic level and my Range Trooper was Relic 1. My speeds were waaaay lower than what you had, but once tm train got going it was not bad.
After about 40 attempts in the last hour I managed to get this to work. Coincidentally my troopers are all the same gear level as yours just a tad slower across the board. I've never beat tier 3 before and now it's three star. The part that confused me is no matter how far I got that turn meter train going randomly in round 3 and 4 the ewoks would just take turns and interrupt. I somehow managed a recovery but it was frustrating.
I have the exact same gear/relic levels as you but didn't have the time for RNG to be nice. I'm glad to know I'm not crazy for thinking that team could beat tier 3.
Thanks mate! Works with a G11 Darktrooper and G12 Rangetrooper as well! approx. 100% Potency on Starck & Veers was helpfull to get the debuffs around the enemy teams - specially stagger.
I’m not sure since I didn’t have a relic Gideon. My guess would be he might be better if he’s thick enough because then you can reset tm if needed, get another mass assist and get whatever his debuff is called.
Did it with g12 dark trooper, g12 range trooper, r8 piett, and veers and starck on r3. It was not as easy as in this movie, but it is possible for sure.
I switched mods on piett and veers . Was going well until 4th round and am ewok took a counter attack turn and then it ended . Every time . I made a bunch of attempts snd that's where it goes ogmf the rails
I did it with a g12 dark trooper and a g11 range. R8 piett, r3 stark and vers. Rn g for nobody to die. You have to do some strategy with killing the scouts vs the warriors. As long as they don’t take a turn in phase 1 you are good for the rest of the game
I think so, range unique gives the ability to call other troopers to assist while buffed. Someone in the comments said they got by with a g9 range though! Maybe still give it a shot?

My minimum requirements: Veers G12 (Unique Zeta/ Omegas only on Leader Skill), Piett R3 (Unique Zeta/ Omegas on First and 2nd Skill) ,Darktrooper G12 (NO ZETAS/ Omegas everywhere else), Distance Trooper G12 (All Omegas), Strack R3 (No Zeta/all Omegas) - i think you cant go much lower then that, because you need to tank some hits in round1

okay, so I finally survived the opening Barrage, my team is the same gear and relics as the one you used, I got to phase 5 and figured I was in the clear and suddenly my Dark trooper gets killed, and he had 3 stacks on him :( Care you elaborate a bit more on what you are doing in the video? I see you mostly using basics and mixing in specials from time to time. I am going to try again, but this battle is beyond annoying.. lol

You don’t need the zeta on dark trooper but it minimizes rng because if he drops below 3 stacks you are done
