- It's been a while... in part two of Object Show Tips, myself and WebzForevz will teach you the basics of how to start writing, and many bad tropes you should avoid! Hello! I realize in hindsight, my part in this video might come off as a little "set in stone" in a few ways - meaning, I may have come off as though my way is the only 'right' way to write - I definitely think that, as a writer, I still have a long way to go myself, and so most of the things I said are just tips, and if I came across 'pushy', I apologize profusely. My goal was never to act as though my word is gospel, but only to give my advice, however, my language in this video ('never' 'always', etc.) seemed sometimes too exact, so again, I apologize. I hope you all liked it, though!

Well, I've had 7 episodes of my show and I was pretty bad at writing. I think this will help me write a better show, and make it more interesting. Most of the things you said here make sense to me, and I think I can improve even after writing the 8th episode of my show. Thank you for making this, It really helps!

For the writing of my show, I feel like I will be ok, my mother is a writer, she also reads over many books and edits them before they are published. My uncle is also a publisher. I’m glad my family is helping with this, cause they are all extremely talented

Object Show Tips is back and better than ever!
personally i prefer storyboard because it can remind me what and how to animate that scene (i had a object show involving numbers but i later scrapped it because im too lazy animating [im using scratch to animate XD] and i hit puberty during the production of it and my voice changed so i couldn't recreate the original voice for the contestants anymore)
i had been planning to revive it after i got adobe animate tho.....

EEE has probably one of the most excellent writing and this is the best object show plot I’ve ever seen
Well this was helpful! It was kind of funny this came in my recommendation section right when I started to make an object show!(or hope so atleast..) I’m not the best writer in the world for scripts since I usually do third person short stories and not like a first person story where it sounds like a script so I found this helpful! Though, I have to work on that two buddy writing thing since I’m doing the scripting and other behind the scenes stuff alone.

Nice , before I tried doing a storyboard , but over the months , characters changed and changed . Finally I’m with my final set of characters! 4 teams , 28 contestants! I will write some script which will have all topics like horror dramatic depression action comedy , and more! ( don’t listen to the last sentence it’s obviously a stupid idea lmao )

I don’t know that much about writing, but something that I’m gonna do is if there’s a major event that happens, make it change the personalities of the characters, for example, something I’m gonna have happen in my own show, if a character doesn’t like hanging out with people, or doesn’t like being near people in general, and they are forced to be for other characters for a long time, make it so that they like hanging out with them more.

For my show, instead of writing, I think of ideas, combine them into a rough draft storyboard, fix it up as a final copy, make a script, and send it to the animator and va’s
