Man, Tony died without ever knowing Coulson was still alive
Coulson died without caring who knew he was alive
Coulson died long before Tony died.
@@zeroskaterz92 No, Coulson didn't die. He faked his death to give the Avengers the push to fight Loki, and then went on to the Agents of Shield
@@TheSmashingLad What the fuck are you even talking about? You clearly didn't even watch Agents of SHIELD. He was fucking dead and was brought back. That's literally in Season 1.
I'm pretty sure that Coulson is the one who sends the avengers to find lokis sceptre, it ties in around season 3.
I like that Coulson is smart enough to see how dumb the accords are.
permeus2nd He was, which is why he was against them. I think he even expressed that sentiment in this episode. I'll have to go back in rewatch now lol
No they didn't
@Thanos no, they let the governments of the world control what they can and cannot do. and they reveal secret identities to the world.

because shield is not avengers? sokovia accords is only for avengers not for agents of shit
Nazeem Acords aren't only for the Avengers, Yo-Yo, Quake, and The Patriot had to register
In my point of view, The Accords for the Avengers are a waste.
Dr.Zaptor In a deleted scene Natasha Romanoff said to T'Challa because he revealed himself to the world he falls into the Accord jurisdiction even though he isn't an Avenger. Most of the Inhumans who don't live in the moon are also part of the Accords.
The "Cloud District" Acoords
The marvel cinematic universe really did agents of shield dirty. They could of had Coulson come back for a cameo or something
I think they are betting that there is a large swath of the movie crowd who don't want to watch the series. I was one of those people and worried that if I didn't watch SHIELD I would be missing key information. Now that I've watched SHIELD and Cloak & Dagger, yeah, I would like to see more tie-ins as well. I'm wondering how this will play out with F&WS.
He came back for Captain Marvel.
@@onlyone23km yes but he came back as a younger version. Imagine if he and May or Sky, or Mack shows up.

I just love how The MCU Tv shows Reference the MCU Movies and events, just shows everything is in the same universe.
Also how the movies tie in with the Shows using the WHiH Newsfront channel in UA-cam. And some references in the movie side to the TV series
But not the movies at the moment.
the ant man and the wasp tried to reference the truth serum ruse in agents of shield season 1.... they are preparing to see if AoS will have an impact in the movies since coulson will come back in captain marvel.
I think the truth serum thing was more coincidence than anything
Sadly that ended with the introduction of inhumans. One would think this would be mentioned in the movies if that happened in the same universe.
And the Avengers still don't know that Coulson's alive!
Yeah it’s kind messed up how the guy who made the avengers the avengers (avenging Coulson’s death) never shows up to the funeral of Tony Stark an avenger who saved the universe. But it would be pretty messy for movie only fans who didn’t watch agents of shield.
Because he isn’t in the MCU proper. AOS isn’t canon
@@omarlopez3914 Why not?
@@mrg466 I think Wandavision basically killed off any canonicity of AoS with the Dark Hold looking different and being in the wrong place.

The algorithm, working as intended. Also on the list: Marble Races, two dozen things Marvel, and watch this guy build a shed in the woods with a rock!
Rogers was kinda right about the whole secret identities revealed thing. If they are revealed criminals and super villains might come after The Avengers....or worse they might harm innocents to get their attention
Satoshi Katsumoto you know sometimes.."government logic" and "public /mass stupidity logic" for something like over insecure feelings. It happens in our real life too. This fiction take the sarcastic ironically route to slap people face.
From what I remember in the aftermath of the civil war arc in the comics, Norman Osborne uses the Registration Act as a political tool to become president. So yeah Cap was right in the end.
Satoshi Katsumoto honestly who in the MCU avengers has an identity that they need to be kept secret Stark flat out told everybody, Cpt A doesn’t really have anyone and could destroy anyone who wanted to start a fight, Bruce banner is probably know to the public to be the hulk, ETC Spider-Man is the only one that needs his identity to be kept secret
You got that so wrong. First of all, Osborn doesn't run for president. Secondly, he doesn't even manage to get his hands on the Registration Act files. Tony deleted them because he knew Osborn was going to use them for nefarious purposes.
Tony supported Registration because of something like that. He put himself to the service of registration to prevent dirty politicians from misusing it. Osborn didn't get to exploit the Registration Act because Tony was there to make sure it wasn't misused in the first place. He was right.
Also, Registration didn't entail that people revealed their identities to the public. The only person to know the identities of the people that got registered was the person in charge.
daour
But the last time someone had that kind of information at their fingertips it turned out to be HYDRA, as far as the MCU was concerned. They live in a world where someone’s SAT scores could make or break their being on the HYDRA Hit List. A world where the Sorcerer Supreme was a threat to HYDRA long before he even fathomed magic was real. A world where the people doing this... were masquerading as an organization dedicated to protecting the world. Just imagine if “possibility of having metahuman powers/descendants with metahuman powers that can be used against us” was thrown into the mix. No wonder Cap was so hesitant.
Disney did one hell of a job with Agents of Shield, Can't wait for the next season oUo
9/30 Studios actually disney never makes marvel tv shows or movies -facepalms-

Youtryagain Youbitch HOLY MOTHER OF GOD. I praise this show for making it look like all four seasons were written at the same time, because the continuity in it is insanely smart. But this is too far!
TheVictorserna88 when aida puts them in that network to be human again right?
Youtryagain Youbitch Ok, I've recently also realized that Malick is one of those councilmen Nick Fury talked to in The Avengers. Which not only makes perfect sense but also so subtle I didn't notice. See? Continuity perfection.
Despite Phil playing it smart with the Accords and all not that difficult to see whose side he would choose if it came down to it. His loyalty to Cap not to mention massive respect and admiration says it all.
I really hope Coulson is going to appear in Infinity War and be the final piece that brings the Avengers back together. Steve and Tony would be arguing over a battle strategy, and Coulson would just walk through the doors and point at one of the Chitauri bases, like ‘that’s where Fury’s receiving major energy surges’ and then just. Looking up at the entire team and saying in a deadpan voice, ‘nice to see you all again’ and then being swamped in hugs and questions.
Return of Agent Coulson.
The Dragon Era Thor is happy to see him but also low-key unimpressed, since it keeps happening with Loki constantly.
the problem with this scenario is that marvel wants to actually kill someone in infinity war, like permanently, and bringing coulson in at this time would seriously undermine that. no one would take it seriously.
I only watched all the MCU movies. How is Coulson still alive?
Brent Pham In the pilot episode, when Coulson was asked how he survived, he talked about going to Tahiti, saying “It’s a magical place.” Well that “magical place” was never real. This episode revealed that Coulson really died in The Avengers. He was dead for several days. So said the doctor Coulson tracked down, based on his brief memories of the time. When he asks how it’s possible to come back to life after being dead for several days, the doctor said “Director Fury moved heaven and earth. He had a team of scientists working around the clock, using procedures that no good doctor would ever allow.” So, basically, Nick Fury became Dr. Frankenstein.
specifically, it's possible to revive the dead using kree technology. the agents of shield destroyed the last of the tech available in the present day, but this season they've traveled to a future where the earth has been conquered by the kree, and that same technology has been used again.
I liked when the show connected to events from the MCU films. That seem to went away in the final two seasons.
They are still in universe, they just didn't have Marvel's permission to address any of those events
Yeah, like Season 1 with the whole Hydra infiltration thing after Winter Soldier came out
I think that’s because after the whole tone travel arch, they created an alternate timeline. I think at the end of the last season they returned to the main MCU continuity (just a theory).
@Priyank Bhandari Marvel Studios and ABC have quite a strange love-hate relationship
@Priyank Bhandari Well, we did see Coulson's helicarrier in Age of Ultron, Thanos name drop in S5, Quantum Realm in S7, and let's not forget entire S1 basically revolves around the consequences of Avengers, Thor TDW and Winter Soldier, of course I would love more but, I enjoyed the ones we got

The Sokovia Accords are a complete waste of crap!!!
David McLean Someone else who agrees. This was the stupidest thing to ever happen. Only Agents of Shield felt the ramifications of it and nothing else........like no mentions in any of the other shows

jason Grady PHStiger'61 they destroyed like half the cities. They tried to save people but ended up killing like half of them. They weren’t need for everything.
Andrew Carrillo To be fair, Avengers alien invasion was unavoidable, Avengers 2 was Starks fault, Civil Disagreement was a waste of a movie before Infinity War because nothing of substance happened. At least the Agents of Shield actually gave a damn about the bigger picture
Karl Hurd oh the invasion was alright. But hulk went through buildings fucking killing people.

Reading Peggy's obituary after Endgame is extra "awwwwww"-inducing.

For some reason I thought this was a viewing party of civil war with the actors.
They came pretty close to exchanging "whatever it takes" there.
I'd no idea this existed until July 2019
I really hope MCU will bring Daisy into the new avengers team..🙏
Wish that happen and they appear on the big screen for the crossover. Fighting thanos and his army but, didn't they had to change the story. After three seasons after ghost rider, lmd, agents of hydra. S5, 6 and 7 ended up with time travel to the future and back in time. But change the past alternate timelines they were in right now.
The fact the bar they are at is called "Buck's" a reference to Bucky Barnes
I have to say this.. as much as I liked shield in the first 4 seasons, I’m glad they kept Coulson dead in the movies. It’s way more powerful when a regular human who genuinely believed in heroes and in these individuals specifically, was willing to give up his life for them to get it together and become something great. It’s way more impactful than faking your death for that cause.
He wasn't necessarily kept dead through the movies he just was doing other things.

so the news article for Peggy does say that her brother Michael is dead, which then begs the question how does that match with the existence of Sharon Carter who calls Peggy her aunt? because if Michael is dead and Peggy's parents was not known to have had other children, technically the only Carter kids would be her own grandkids, unless Michael somehow had children before he supposedly died in the war.
Well couldn't it be her husbands siblings, if he had any.
