I'd be taking that as a win lads, If my build go's as smooth as that when the time comes to run it I'll be a happy camper. This is great content for everyone who's been following ;)
This was great content actually enjoy watching these builds come together, keep them coming.. sweet looking commodore, sounds good when youse gave it a rev.
The LS does a great job, and there was a time when an LSA was tempting, but there's something special about these old boat anchors 😉 Thanks for watching bud!
Any chance of an in depth look at the ignition system you guys are running on this engine. I see you are running individual coils for each cylinder - what are you using for a crank angle sensor ?
Hey Uncle Fester, Ignition is taken care of by a Link G4 ECU. It has a VT dual sync distributor for crank and cam angle, and 8x LS coils with Accel ceramic boot plug leads. Hope that helps!
It's been a while since I watched your video as I've been building my own vr bt1 V8 but it's only just really starting but this is what I want to do myself
@@TorqHub I have a 355 that's built for boost it was in my summernats car but that's changing I'm unsure about vortech blower or turbo I'm leaving towards blower
Centrifugal blower is definitely less work, but a bit harder on the rotating assembly and less efficient in the mid range. Just depends on what you want from the car mate, it's all horses for courses.

With the stock bottom end ~300kw/400rwhp
