Hi. The Genesis works great and it's not slippery or messy so for backings and attaching raw to baked I like it better than liquid clay. A little goes a long way. Let me know how it works for you if you try it.
an easier way to paint the other color is to get an Enamel acrylic paint from I think Folkart carries the enamel line??also you wont have any fallout like the powder does hense zero cleanup. :o/ but still very pretty :o)
Hi Maria, I enjoyed watching part 2 to your Southwestern Faux Enamel Bracelet! Thanks for sharing it ! I always enjoy your videos. Can you tell me where you purchased your texture sponge from?
+5flower4 Hey Julie so glad you like this video. I got the texture sponge from Prairie Craft - CLAY YO TEXTURE SPONGES - prairiecraft.com/polyclay/OSS.html. They're great!

How fun and beautiful. So, the Genesis thick medium extender works as well as liquid clay? I may give this a try. Thank you so much.

wouldn't it maybe be easier to dip the petals into the powder, or paint them worth the powder, before putting them onto the piece?
I think so too
No way man, that stuff gets EVERYWHERE.
Where do you get that kind of texture sheet?
Tamara, I didn't use a texture sheet for this bracelet. See Part 1 for how I made it.
Maybe you mean the texture sheet for the backing? That's an aquarium sponge. You could use crinkled up aluminum foil to get a similar texture.
Good
Thanks is is beautiful.
Thank you Sandra. So glad you enjoyed. Thanks for watching.
