  • Easy, quick and delicious sandwich recipe.
    Veg Mayonnaise Sandwich Procedure:

    Ingradients :
    Bread slices - 4 brown / white bread
    Cooking oil - 1 tbs
    Carrot - 1/2 cup ( cut into small pcs )
    Capsicum - 1/2 cup ( cut into small pcs )
    Cabbage - 1/2 cup ( cut into small pcs )
    Black pepper - 1/2 tbs ( crushed )
    White pepper - 1/2 tbs ( powder )
    Chilli flakes - 1 tbs
    Mixed herbs - 1 tbs
    Mayonnaise ( veg ) - 3 tbs
    Ghee - 2 tbs
    Preperation :
    Step 1:
    - in a pan add cooking oil.
    - add carrot pcs, cabbage pcs and capsicum pcs.
    - fry for a minute till the veggies are half cooked ( yet crunchy ).
    - now add salt , add crushed black pepper and white pepper powder.
    - mix well.
    - add chilli flakes and mix well.
    - add veg mayonnaise.
    - combine gently.
    - switch off the flame and transfer veggies mix into a bowl.
    Step 2 :
    - now take a pan, heat ghee (as required) and spread it.
    - place the bread slice on ghee, toast until light brown on both sides.
    - follow the same toasting procedure to all bread slices.
    - now take a bread slice, place the sauteed veggies mix on it and spread all over the bread slice.
    - add few red chilli flakes and mixed herbs.
    - now cover the veggies mix with another bread slice.
    - Yummy veg mayonnaise sandwich is ready to eat.
    - Serve with tomato and chilli sauce.
