The book isn’t really useful if you can’t change your future. I wouldn’t look even if someone just gave it to me. I’d probably destroy it if I could.

True, it can't really help you make decisions. The only way I might use it is to ask it about if something good will happen to me, and then just hope that it says yes then I can stop worrying about it. Like "will a good sonic game come out in the next 3 years?" Please please please please be yes

I think it’d depend on who counts as each tier, cause like is it based off of how much I like them, how much they like me, is it an average of the two?

It's based on how much you value the friendship. So if Spongebob gave up squidward he'd get superman powers but vice versa Squidward would get the power to conjure one spaghetti noodle per day.
