true for me. the Ne Si path, I call that looking at all the „stepstones“, which often you dont but you can look backwards and find them. Thing is I do jump to ither subjects a lot and my Si lead partner is always irritated and then asks how the heck I find it makes sense to abruptly land there. I xan always says why and how. Hence i think: note that Si ego do not as often change subject this drastically. But I assume if then they are also conscious about the path. Im certainly trying out the NiSe folks now
Dario Nardi talks about an area of the brain activated when we are doing backtracking but he said that the Ti types are using it (mostly INTP, ENTP and ESTP)
what cognitive function tends to zone out a lot? I zone out very easily because my mind wanders off all the time (like the ne-si with the ''milestones''), but I either zone out in a way, where I stare at people and think about them or I zone out to nothing. Can I (with that behaviour) still have a high si and low ne placement?
I’m not sure. Ne is most known for daydreaming . If you’re thinking about nothing, like in a meditative state, I think Si could explain a desire to slow down and mentally relax. I hear high Ni people get lost in thought too, but it sounds very specific, like they’re solving a problem in their head when they do.
thought people did the sane as me.i thought people just didn't want to tell me why they don't explain moving forward, I thought oh there's a secret their hiding . now I know, cheers. I though entp.
My fiancé is either ISFJ or INFJ. I thought he was Si dom but now I’m not sure because he’s so vague and it takes him time to form a thought. Does that sound like Ni dom thing?
Well, as INFP, his Ne-Si identification method is spot on.
Haha! A new tool to start double check all the infj mistypes 😈

How do you make of people who at first sit there wondering how the hell they came to a certain topic, but then they do eventually remember?
Ne Si. I sometimes need a moment too bc usually one doesnt look at the connections and first needs to pull them up.
If you ask that to an STP they will definitely get irritated lol
Sounds more like adhd than se-ni
