    SEMOLINA CAKE
    Ingredients
    500 grams semolina/Rulang
    750 grams jaggery
    3 cups shredded coconut
    1 tsp nutmeg and cardomon mixed spice powder
    Method
    In a large pan add jaggery along with 3/4 cup of water and make a slightly sticky treacle and add coconut and spice powder and cook for 5-7 minutes and remove from heat and add the semolina gradually and mix it into a soft texture and transfer to a 9x6 baking pan lined with oil paper. And spread it evenly and top it with cashew nuts (optional) bake in 350 F or 160 C for 15 minutes.
