Some friendly advice for a newbie from someone who has survived and thrived in Thailand since 1994. 1. Buy a proper hat to protect your head from the sun. 2. Use maximum factor sunscreen on face, ears, arms and legs. 3. Cut out the fat and carbs if you want to lose weight and avoid a stroke. 4. Buy a blood pressure measuring unit and test yourself weekly. As for alcohol, tobacco and ladies of the night, well, you know what you need to do to survive in LOS. Good luck with your journey. As a health and mental trainer in Europe, you can walk all the miles you want and eat all the right food drink all the right amount of liquid that is needed to stay healthy. It will never work, and you will never lose the amount of weight as long as you have your stress hormone damage your body your body is in survival mode therefore, it will not let the fat go off the body. It needed to survive the body and brain. The system is thinking There is a crisis. I can’t let me lose it. The phone eliminated all stress find a way to breathe like you already was relaxed, and instead of fighting the streets, making high blood pressure and make your body feel that you nearly dying the way to go eat once a dayand only meat drink only water with a pinch of salt and it would take 2 to 3 weeks you’ll feel like you’re 20 years younger. Chasing women or the woman or do anything that is not fit for the body you have right now please…

Better walking in the cooler evenings or before 7am, be careful, i have seen to many bigger or older guys drop dead right infront of me on hotter days, dont underestimate that heat just for a tan or another beer.

Cut out rice mate, you don't need to eat it every day, bread and spuds as well. Plenty of shopping malls etc have salad bars, chicken, high in protein as well.

We are concerned for you mate. But my advice is that type of food and drink is essential. Walking every day helps. The other night you have pastries, 3 x Ritter bars, bread and butter. I have lost 8 kg in 8 months simply through diet. - Fasting. Try to fast daily for 16 hours and only eat in 8 hour window. - Be very intentional about what you eat and when. - Try to have one meal a day (local food) simply rice (smaller portion) veg and protein. Then have a snack later on. - Limit the unhealthy choices to one treat a week to start. And that means a small amount of chocolate. 80% of weight loss is DIET and calorific intake. -Hydrate with water. - Don't dehydrate by walking in the sun. Walk very early or evening. Burger and chips is loads of calories. Probably as much as you need a day.
I am now only having 1 meal a day . I only eat in restaurants once a week . The chocolate some I not have or when I do its only a little bit . I know somethings I need to cut out . Thank you very much 🇹🇭🌎😊

Of course beer is loaded with calories. Dehydration leads to hunger... Keep very hydrated with water. Get out of the lift early to climb the last 4 floors. Great exercise.

Buy yourself a big umbrella, 200 to 250 baht. Uses 1 rain 2 protection from the sun 3 aid during walk 4 to scare of soi dogs.
