if you film these type of videos for *CAIE exam board* , believe me tons of ppl would come here and start watching your videos since our online recources for CAIE(CIE) is veryy limited 😔. anyways, still love your videos 🤩
This video was so helpful, thank you so much! Do you think that watching your videos and making notes from it as well as using active recall with those notes, spaced repetition and practise questions would be enough for me to get an A* in Biology?
That isn't necessary for the exams, but when you come to do the synoptic essay in A2, you could mention those as it would count as extra reading so you'll get higher marks! :)
Sounds good to me! Make sure that you do plenty of active recall with your notes though! You could make flashcards, with a question on one side (e.g. what is the structure of cellulose) and the answer on the other side! Do as many exam questions as you can too! ☺️
Hi - it honestly differs for each person (might make a video on this?). I would recommended 2 hours outside of lessons on weekdays and about 5-6 on weekends. If you have extracurricular activities, then please keep them up as they are so important for your wellbeing and sanity!!
Hi, thank you very much for the video! Do we need to know that the receptors are CD4 receptors or can we just say receptor proteins on the cell surface of T helper cells?

In cell-mediated immunity, it is helper T cells that bind to the antigen-presenting cell, but you just need to know it as "T cell" for AQA 🙂
you are actually a lifesaver!! this helped me so much, thank you!!!

did u get a star g
This was really helpful thank you!
You're very welcome!
Great video, very helpful and concise!
Do we need to know the two main types of phagocytes for AQA (Macrophages and Neutrophils)?
That isn't necessary for the exams, but when you come to do the synoptic essay in A2, you could mention those as it would count as extra reading so you'll get higher marks! :)
This was SO HELPFUL THANK YOUU
do you think just revising and taking notes from this and doing exam questions is enough revision? Love your videos thank you

Hi miss do you need to know the fact that antibiotics target the bacterial ribosomes and enzymes?
Hi, yes I would recommend knowing that. :)
Whats the difference between self and non self?
Great video
Self is just another word for your body's own cells, and non-self is another word for foreign substances ☺️
@@AlevelBiologyHelp are all foreign substances bad for the body?
@@aneesakahn7728 Yes, if the body recognises it as foreign, which would initiate an immune response ☺️
Thank you SOOO much for this video!!
omg your a life saver, thanks!❤
Hi is your cells playlist completed fully or will you add more videos or is the content for cells covered entirely already?
Hi, the playlist is complete :)
@@AlevelBiologyHelp okay thank you!!
Hey miss what does like mature mean like when B cells mature in the bone marrow , thanks
Hi, it basically means that they develop i.e. grow :)
What an amazing video
i just saw this video for my paper 3 tmr, and when i saw the whooping qn i realise it came out for my paper 2 exactly...
very helpful, thank you
Hello this is very helpful when can you finish the whole of A level biology please ?
Hi, I have already uploaded every topic for A Level Biology:)
For AQA, do we need to know about both direct and indirect ELISA?
Just what I mentioned in the video :)
How many hours a week of revision should we be doing at this point please ? As a year 13

Hi, thank you very much for the video! Do we need to know that the receptors are CD4 receptors or can we just say receptor proteins on the cell surface of T helper cells?
The specification doesn't mention CD4 specifically but if I were you, I would remember it to guarantee marks :)
@@AlevelBiologyHelp Thank you!!!!!!!
@Joshwa Roy Name of receptors on t-helper cells. HIV binds to these receptors in order to invade and undergo replication
@Joshwa Roy Np
isn't clonal selection when the antibodies attach to the antigen?
No
Im not sure if i missed but was antigenic variation mentioned?
Hi, this was mentioned in the antigens section :)
lam getting interested and want to know more.
9:30pm
Thank you😊
is this vid for AS or A level
AS, but could be included in paper 3
Thanks!
Soooo helpful !
Glad I could help i
its pronounced fay-go-site
Haha I tend to interchange between both pronunciations 😁
Shut up
