Olive Garden is like the Italian Applebees😬
But it’s still good ❤❤
Perfect way to put it
Anytime I ever went I just got the breadsticks and salad
Exactly!
Why does everyone hate applebees I’m trying to figure out what I missed..
FYI to those who don’t understand the reference at the beginning , in Northeast NJ we have mom and pop pizza joints basically at every corner that are 10/10 all day. Granted I moved away years ago , going to Olive Garden would be the = of someone from texas going to Nebraska to eat Tex mex
Why’d you have to bring Nebraska into this?? 😂
@@jiggetyjes nebraska catching strays for no reason xD
i’m glad you said texmex and not bbq… cause we only have like 3 GOOD bbq chains/restaurants here that are good.. everybody in texas knows it’s better to just fire up the grill in the backyard ourselves.
after moving to florida i miss My mom and pop shops from fort lee etc
I package frozen food for a living. I have a customer that makes a ton of food for Olive Garden. It’s mass produced in factories and delivered, reheated and served in individual restaurants around the country. You’d be surprised how many popular chain restaurants are just reheating meals.
Anyone who didn't already know this is unintelligible lol
lol it’s a chain restaurant 😂
Olive Garden makes all their sauces fresh…
Big ups for not being extra and dissing it for no reason!
I been going through a lot of mental shit bro (a bit older in college/away from home) wtvr, but the other day I ordered Wing Stop and looked up the flavors on UA-cam to find something new to try and came across your videos and it brought some peace watching these food reviews! It's crazy cause today I seen you had a Wendy's review so I ordered mines and put ur vid on like it was a flick and ate 🤣 keep doing what ur doing man! It's doing something!
I appreciate you family.🫱🏾🫲🏽
Age ain’t nothing but a number bro. Keep grinding bro and never stop dream
Do a series called "Bang for your buck" where you try the same food from a few different places and see which is the best food for the $$$
Hi Seth my name is Laura and I like this idea
That zuppa toscana smacks if you ever go back.
that’s literally the best thing on the menu. Unlimited Soup and salad and zuppa toscana every single time
I've never had olive garden's zuppa toscana but I make my own. It's crazy bc I made that for dinner last night and eating a bowl right now
All depends who's cooking it SMH
@@courtneylove9403 tastes the same everytime i go LOL
"Is that a damn carrot?" lmaoooo
I used to work here and getting to take home so much free food was always the best part. I loved the lasanga fritta and the chicken alfredo with angel hair pasta.
Only real G's know that's a Brandon Roy jersey.
I traveled to Europe and stayed for 3 weeks. I went to France, Spain & Italy. I could never look at American Italian food the same way 😅 once back in the states. We have a huge Italian population and a little Italy where I’m from, but even the more authentic restaurants are more American. Europe’s overall food was completely different and in a good way. Amazing delicious food!!
Best food I ever had in my life was the 5 days I spent in Europe last year
So they do flavor their food over there? 😂😂
I’m born and raised in South Jersey, so we never went to chain Italian restaurants. I moved to Tampa a year and a half ago, and while there are some really good Italian restaurants they aren’t as plentiful as NJ. I find myself going to Carrabba’s when I’m craving takeout Italian that’s close by and I think it’s definitely a step up from Olive Garden. Would you be willing to try Carrabba’s and compare to Olive Garden? Enjoyed the video!
If I can find one, I will definitely give it a shot
Carrabba’s is easily one of the best chains. Excellent recommendation for a chain.
@@KingSchratz I believe there's one in East Brunswick
Olive garden makes all their soups and sauces daily everyday nothing's Frozen they make the lasagna everyday the only thing that's frozen is a chicken parm that you're eating
Not true. Meat is frozen then thawed. Vacuum sealed. Only the soups and sauces are in house from scratch. Almost everything is microwaved. Lasagna is already prepared, reheated.
Agreed! The breadsticks are fire and nothing compares to them, chain restauraunt wise.
Great video the king never disappoints 🔥🔥
You’re always giving facts!
I personally love mom and pop Italian restaurants as well, but sometimes my friends and I go to Olive Garden just for something simple (and of course for drinks haha!)
I have been wanting this for a minute 😅
Will you ever do food trucks review?
love the videos!
They were generous with that dipping sauce for the breadsticks lol (which isn't bad, I love when a resto is generous) and not doing paltry little portions designed for instagram...
I totally agree on the breadsticks. I also love their bottomless salad, the dressing may be a bit salty for some but it's my jam. The rest of the food isn't bad like you were commenting, just not great. I will have to get takeout though for a nice bag of free breadsticks!
Happy Sunday i love ur videos its been a while since i have had olive garden food have a great weekend
"Can y'all not be weird when I say this?" 🤣🤣🤣🤣
hello I am curious which alfredo from jar do you recommend? I would like to try!
1. Their best soup is Zuppa Toscana
2. Their Alfredo sauce us made in house daily, how do I know? They messed up the sauce once and served it to me. I asked how it was prepared improperly and they the sauce broke when the cook was making it with the cream and the butter due to high heat.
3. I need to know what jarred alfredo sauce you eat thats better? Not being funny but i genuinely need to know because I would use it vs making my own at home from scratch lol
Fair review. Those breadsticks never fail.
I used to eat at Olive Garden often in the late 90’s early 2000’s but I got the Chicken con Broccoli or Pasta Primavera, mussels in wine sauce. Not the stuff you ordered.
i love olive garden the cheese sticks are my favorite and I always get the tour of Italy. its so good.
pecan wings are fire thank you for the recommendation love your videos ❤
If you're in northern NJ, you gotta get to an Uncle Giuseppe's. I'd love to see your take on their prepared foods.
Loveeeeee espresso straight up. I think I would enjoy that Tiramisu rich mascarpone cheese 😮 imma try it
Fair assessment. I like them for a quick lunch. It can be salty and I like the tiramsu as well.
The car mukbangs have made it
I really enjoyed this video 😊
I love their salad dressing. I buy the huge bottles from sams club and make a ham and kale salad.
I love getting their baked ravioli with the spicy italian sausage as the protein
Its been a minute since I ate there but when I do its buttery bread sticks and salad lol it hits Diffy for me but I do enjoy there salad with the salty olives pepperoncinis, red onions croutons salad dressing lol I don't get any pasta or soups.
I get very few things from here lol. Their Alfredo is amazing…I could drink it lol. Chicken Fritta Fettucine Alfredo, Calamari and baked ziti fritta is an amazing trio .. I get it every time lol
6:46 there is notttttttt lol that’s crazy 😂
If u go to olive garden again u have to try the appetizer lasagna Fritas. It's like fried lasagna pieces with marinara and Alfredo on them. Ask for extra Alfredo on the side.i think if u like the mozzarella sticks ull love those.❤. Nice video
endless soup salad n breadstick is the play at OG
Olive garden is where you take your mother in law on Mother's Day cause a cloth napkin automatically makes it "fancy"
My gma likes them, it's not really my thing as I usually go to legit italian spots. I enjoy their chicken margarita dish (it's pretty low carb with a good amount of protein) or the soup salad and breadsticks- and the soup I get is the chicken and gnocchi (which is bomb). One of my best friends who was my drummer for over a decade in metal bands always got the taste of italy, it's a lot of food. Never heard of them having a wedding soup but I worked at the top restaurant in my city as a bartender in college and got the best italian wedding soup there and if it's even half as good it's probably amazing.
The pasta fagiole is my favorite OG soup, bread sticks and salad. The spicy shrimp is the best appetizer hands down
Boy you really threw Olive Garden into the wood chipper here LOL!
I’d love to see you get food from Maggianos right down the road from that Olive Garden . As far as chain Italian goes to me Maggianos is the best . Hopefully you’ll do Maggianos in the not too distant future.
Great suggestion!
I dip the mozzarella sticks and bread in this cheeses dip thing lol when I go
8:28 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 no diddy
8:26 AYOOOOOOO!!!
It's currently popular to criticize Olive Garden. However, in my city, none of the local "authentic" Italian restaurants are better. People act as if visiting those places will provide an authentic Italian experience, but the truth is, they don't. Maybe it's different in places like NY and NJ, but price is also a consideration. For example, lasagna in the small local Italian restaurants are around $30. On the other hand, Olive Garden's Zuppa Toscana, which is extremely hard to find anywhere else, and some of their specialty pastallent. However, their chicken parm is not good. restaurants cos dishes are excellent. Olive Garden is not that bad. People just love to hate on chain restaurants. It is usually the ones that hate on chain resturants are the same ones that love Taco Bell and Starbucks. lol
Yo that is wild you got a Blazers jersey on. I'm from Portland so we are in here today yall!
You are correct about the alfredo sauce. An ex employee confirmed that its jarred sauce with added spices
Oh heck yeah. Love the Blazers jersey. Repping my hometeam here.
Also the Zuppa Toscana is the best soup there imo. I make it at home often.
8:30 i LOLd
What jar Alfredo sauce do you get?
I love the chicken alfredo! I love making my own though!
I loveeee Olive Garden!!
For appetizers at Olive Garden the calamari is the best one,
thank you for saying fagioli right! i about died when one of my friends called it pasta fag-ee-oli in the restaurant. i was laughing so hard.
Talk about reaction time 😂
the brandon roy jersey is such a W
B Roy Jersey 🔥🔥🔥🖤
Yeah Olive Garden was doing frozen food to go real heavy during the COVID period…they was giving a lot of online deals as well during that period!
The old school sicilian scampi was a slapper!!
Olive Garden is Pretty Good
Love the B Roy jersey! Would’ve been one of the greatest
Only thing truly good at Olive Garden is breadsticks and salad
If you look it up. The real Alfredo comes from Italy. Ita only homemade noodles and butter. What America and all other countries are use to whats called, americanized verison. The original restaurant of Alfredo is still standing and operating, that's where the name came from.
I feel like I said that but yes, you are correct
Mutz pocket is wild - that ain't no mutz stick
the chicken tortellini alfredo smacks
Most of that stuff comes in bags that are frozen, like soups, sauces, lasagna
The Calamari is the best appetizer there. Straight fire 🔥
Clicked for the blazers jersey. Brandon Roy 🔥
Pasta Fagiloi chicken parm and fettuccine alfredo. 👍
❤❤ King 👑👑 is Back with another Banger ❤❤❤ Looks So Good ❤❤Love Olive Garden Salad and Bread ❤❤❤I Love You From my Heart to your Heart ❤❤
Michael Angelos lasagna is excellent 👍🏼👊🏼🦖🍺
I work there bro it's ok overall rating about 7.5 or 8 the soups breadsticks and a few deserts are what to get the one you had I am not trying to spell it n butcher it looking dumb but yeah that's really what is the best and dip the breadsticks in Alfredo sauce that's the best
I'm loving all the comments. Such a great vid.
Now that you've done Olive Garden after doing Ruth's Chris Steak House, you should keep doing Darden Restaurants. How about Yard House or Bahama Breeze next?
Would LOVE to see him try Bahama Breeze next!!
Fridays got the best mozzarella sticks
Bread sticks with a side of Alfredo sauce is the way to go
You gotta go to Maggianos I feel like its the king of chain italian... that chicken picatta is different
Finally some real Italian food😅
KS: Too much sausage in the meat blend
Me: 🙃🤭
I appreciate you attempting Olive Garden. The north has some damn good Italian restaurants that needs to come to south Florida!!!
Next time you gotta try the chicken and shrimp carbonara
It actually does exist in Italy but it’s way different. It a shit load of butter, Parmesan cheese, and pasta water
Olive Garden Breadsticks Slap! 💯🔥🔥
How many how many of the breadsticks can you eat?
The chicken tortellini is the best thing they have!
I have never had Olive garden❤❤❤
The Chicken Marsala is my jam from OG.
May you try African food or Indian food please. Thank you!
I’ve never had bad chicken Parm from Olive Garden. Also never thought it was overly salted but all places are different I suppose.
Trail Blazers! 🔥🔥
I haven’t had Olive Garden in years
You are not alone thinking that Olive Garden is Mid at best. No apologies. NY says 👋🏻 *NJ/NY are def spoiled when it comes to great Italian food.
Tour of Italy or just chicken Alfredo is there best dishes
I took 2 bites of each. Let me just grab another one. 🤣🤣🤣
Yummy
King 🔥💪
Unless its a really good pizza place I can hardly bring myself to spend money at any place like Olive Garden. Its so easy to make your own better and fresh.
