Yes Pso Important to gently massage or stretch or both before bed. Much better sleep and you don’t wake up tight couldn’t agree more 🙏🏼🙏🏼

I would say the bulk of people's back pain is mind-body or TMS based. Way ahead of the game. Great video!

Makes sense, when we get angry or scared we hold tension in our neck or shoulders. Or when we get injured we unconsciously protect it which causes muscular imbalances. Even anxiety and shallow breathing affects the body.

Screaming at the emotion and beating something like the ground with a stick helps . Most of it is rage and anger

I used to walk 6 miles 2x a day and go to the gym but since I left my narcissist partner 1 year ago I just don't have any strength in my legs at all. I've read up that it could be trauma stored them 😔

Yes that definitely could be the reason. We want to consistently do massage and comfortable range of motion movement. Breathwork can also be very efffective for getting into the emotional trauma that has caused. we will be doing a pso-rite breathwork class here soon. Reach out to me on IG my name is mac I am the inventor of the all the tools. The person you see. in the video is CK he is no longer with our team but you can always reach out to him as well.

Trama causes all sorts of issues in the body especially a car accident. The amount of force that was put on your body creates a lot of imbalances. Consistent massage work, comfortable range of motion exercise and meditation can help a ton with getting your body back to feeling Pso-Rite.

Thoughts about wim hof / power breathing techniques to heal these?

I would recommend slower breathing and intentional breathing when pressing into different organs especially the liver, kidneys, gut. Slower breathing can lessen the tension when more aggressive breath can tighten muscles.
More aggressive breathing is great for fighting off viruses and waking up in my opinion

Wow, seems very complicated & our bodies are just a store house of wrecked emotions & trauma?

    • @PSORITE

Once you understand that and you understand how to avoid the emotions and traumas that’s when you have the most control and harmony in your body
