This is the first video I’ve come across that takes facial balance and natural lip shape into consideration. The “A” frame makes so much sense. I see this a lot from post lift lift surgeries.
It’s not what I’m looking for a feel I would need more corner lift than a stay lift.

Really appreciate the detail, the care in finding a balanced look, the care in "designing" the right sutures....I've watched Dr. Gary Linkov, Dr. Amir and seen some b4 and Afts of Dr. Malone. It seems this Doctor really pays attention to the ultra fine details which is very appealing. subscribed.
My personal opinion is that her lips were prettier before... but, they're her lips. Unless there's still swelling in the after, the after is looking a little "ducky". But I'm so glad you pointed out the triangulation issue. I've been researching a lip lift for myself and I'm horrified at how creepy the results look when the triangulation is exaggerated, which seems to be more often than not. Otoh, having sutures in the lateral lip is risky because not every surgeon is going to be that skilled and not every patient is going to scar well.

There’s a 95% satisfaction result with lip flip. I had one because my philthrum was 18mm, very masculine. Now it’s a petite 12 mm. I love my result!

How much are your lip lift and corner together
Hello Doctor, with the lip lift, is it possible to raise the entire stomion (mouth area) to a more aesthetic position in a younger individual with a long philtrum and stomion that is lower than normal? To basically lift the entire mouth (stomion) in a more superior position rather than just making the upper lip appear bigger.

She’s young and does not need a lip lift. I’m older, 47 when I had a lip lift. I didn’t need a corner lip lift because I’m Asian, I can pull off the rounder lip which I love 👄
This is just what I need. I suspect that the corner lip lift adds greatly to the price of the procedure, though.

Her nose looks a bit wider is that what happens?
Nothing was done to her nose. She is still a little swollen from the sutures that were placed right under the nose. This result is only 10 days out, so it can be expected.
The nostrils will sometimes get larger and/or be more visible from the front.
The common problem with this kind of subnasal incision is widening of the nostrils.
We have not run into this problem in over 10 years of performing this surgery. The nostrils may appear bigger when healing, but they remain the same as they were pre-procedure.
It looks like you are sacrificing the nose to benefit the mouth . Her nose was narrower and the tip more refined before the lip lift , I don’t think that the trade off was worth it unless this is temporary.
Arent there other ways to lift the corners instead of corner lift? Because the results are mixed: some patients look great while others come out looking like the joker, creepy smiling all the time
We believe the corner lip lift is the best approach in creating a natural result. There are other ways to lift the corners, but our technique ensures a natural result that gives a youthful look.
