I did the same headers. I already had the corsa touring axle back exhaust and mine sounds wicked.

I had one wire that came apart too. But I did Accell 9070CK wires so it didn't matter for me. And Anyone installing headers do yourself a favor and buy an 11mm ratcheting wrench for the Steering Shaft bottom bolt.

Thanks for the vid, sounds great, I’m looking to run the same setup on my V! Did you guys tune it after install or did it run ok without a tune? Also, did you have to delete any codes?

It will run without a tune, Chris happens to have an hp tuner, and I paid for the credits so we went ahead and deleted the codes from the "tune" for the 02 sensors. But the car is not tuned only removed the codes.
You can run the car with the check engine light however. Wont kill anything.

Only running the 2. Long tube headers will only have spot for 2 o2 sensors.... Thought I mentioned some if that in the video...

fitment was actually pretty damn good!. after getting it all in. just rotating everything to adjust it all into place.

Stock mufflers, with long tube headers and x pipe all the way back. It's loud at WOT but still, really quiet. I pull up to friends' houses and they sometimes don't notice me pull up.

typically spoke on something liek this would spoke for 10 min at most i feel.
just really depends on how much grease etc you get on it.

new install of parts. it happens. burning off oils they uses as protection when stored. hand oils just all sorts of stuff.

Im second guessing if i want to do my headers after watching this. Put corsa exhaust and call it a day
