This crazed individual was allowed to walk around the store brandishing a knife. With knife in hand they leisurely go to the store's parking lot to randomly kill a child. Prior to the stabbing tell me how this situation should have been handled.

As a 1st Responder, it always amazes me how many of everyday citizens fail to pay attention to their surroundings. When I first watched one of the many videos of Bionca Ellis, I clearly saw the knife in her hand, especially of the one of her in the supermarket where she turned around to follow the mother and child out. Absolutely everyone should have been paying attention to that fact and to their surroundings, as normal people "do not" walk around gripping or swinging a deadly weapon and acting like nothing is wrong. If anyone had taken the right action, both the mother and the child could have escaped the entire deadly incident. I am absolutely disgusted by people who do not care and do nothing to help their fellow mankind in the time of great need.
