It is so often the way... those who talk the most have the least the say. Or, they feel if they talk the most (or loudest), that is somehow exhibiting "leadership". It's a form of imposter syndrome. This leads to a chronic problem in my workplace --- interrupters. If you have thoughts on dealing with interrupters, I'd love to see a video on it.
