I have an installer that is telling me that you should never wrap the edges and that the adhesive will mess with the stainless steel. Is he just being lazy or inexperienced?

Installer here. I've seen multiple Cybertrucks fail with edge rolled PPF. To avoid peeling I would recommend not wrapping the edge.
