The 2013 Spring Fling scale rock crawling competition consisted of multiple courses: one rock course, one trail course and one "speed course." Classes consisted of Class 2 and Class 3. Vehicles used in competition included Axial, Tamiya, RC4WD and others.
The courses were a lot of fun. What is nice about RC Madness is that they make new courses each week. Helps keep it fun.--Matt Higgins

Thanks for watching and commenting. I am glad you enjoyed the video.--Matt Higgins
That's great input. Thank you. When I can, I'll dial back the music. Sometimes when I am shooting video at a place like RC Madness that has a lot of other tracks on site I use the music to mask out background noise like wind, people talking or vehicles running on the track.--Matt Higgins
Cool trucks, good location/tracks, awesome video! Enjoyed watching for sure. :)

killer video all!! i have an ax10 artr that i take out a lot. always a lot of fun running em!
I agree. I also admit I had kind of underestimated the Tamiya CR-01's comp potential. The owner usually does very well with it and this was a good day for him. Only three Class 3 rigs finished the rock course and he was one of them.--Matt Higgins
Great job my friend!!!
Yes and no. Yes, Associated sells the same version with different bodies, but they do offer different versions of the SC10. Specifically, there is a regular ready-to-run and a Race Spec. They also offer combos that include a battery and wall charger. Make sure you know what version you're getting.--Matt Higgins
I am not a huge fan of the Associated SC10 4x4, on outdoor tracks. I think it's well engineered and it's very high quality, but it's best suited, in my opinion, for indoor 1/10-scale tracks. I would get the 2WD SC10. You'll save money and have just as much fun.Oh, and thanks for the kind words. Glad you enjoy the videos.--Matt Higgins
Awesome video man great footage very cool all around! Thumbs up!
Great stuff, i really like the course!!
Sweet vid man
Tough call as they are two very different vehicles. If you plan on going to a track, get the SC10. If you want to backyard bash and maybe hit some rocks or build a trail or obstacle course, get the Wraith. Bottom line is it all depends on what you're looking to do. Hope that helps.--Matt Higgins
Thank you, henke1200.--Matt Higgins
SICK vid bro thumbs up for sure

Thank you, Marcos.--Matt Higgins
Wow this is an awesome, I love it thanks for sharing loved the course this is what I love to do thank you for sharing
Cool to see that tamiya crawler
I love literally every single one of your videos they are all amazing. Goin back to my one question for an SC10 should I get 4x4 or 2wd. Please and thanks my friend
They make both nitro and electric versions. I highly recommend the electric version. If you know you will never have an interest in racing and are dead set on a short course truck, nitro is okay, but you will be hard pressed to consistently find a class to race it in. If bashing is what you like and you like the noise and smoke (and tuning and maintenance) of nitro, check out a nitro monster truck.--Matt Higgins
Man i miss my rc car
Honestly surprised at how the Tamiya handled business.
For the SC10 the rockstar, monster energy, and Lucas oil are all the same truck just a different body right?
One more quick question. I'm stuck on which to get I'm not sure if I should get an excavator or the SC10. I want both but I can only get one. I am just wondering which one you would chose?
One more question. Sorry I'm asking so many but is the SC10 a nitro or electric truck. Please and thanks
I got a quick question. Which would you recommend a Team Associated sc10 or an axial wraith? Please and thanks
where is the music from its kick ass
What type of truck is that red jeep Cherokee? Scx10 or ax10?
cool vid
