So what do you think it would be any different if i found spare parts from an escape titanium with the same engine? Only difference is it has the 6f35 transmission. But if i take everything i need from it it should be relatively the same right? My sedan is auto with the dual clutch transmission and i dont wanna push the dual clutch. It can barely handle itself without a turbo… I’m thinking if i take the the whole powertrain from the escape it should just go right in.
Honestly. I want to do an st conversion from my fiesta se 2019 to an st. Yeah. It'd be easier to buy one. But honestly? I'd probably be the first person to have a new fiesta with an st conversion and body kit. And personally. I prefer the sedans to the hatches
What was the process like? My ‘12 focus titanium is on its way out and I’ve been looking at st swaps for a bit now. Is it a direct bolt on other than reprogramming? Do you know if you actually need to 6 speed swap it? Does it need an upgrade to the rear suspension ie driveshaft, axles etc
The shells are the same for the most part so it all bolts in. The 6 speed is required, and you don't have to change anything in the rear if you don't want to.
Thanks! And no, we built this to approximate an ST1 so the original seats were retained. All Canadian STs are ST3s so the seats aren't hard to find - they ultimately were fitted to another sedan in our group anyway.
@@officialTHREETWENTYdotcom are the dimensions of the back seats the same as the hatches? Do you have the measurements posted for rear seat delete you made? Been trying to make one for my hatch but deciding on what materials I wanna use. Wood or sheet metal.
@@jessebudelman We never posted measurements or designs as this was always considered more of a "version 1" than anything; the dimensions are the same but the mounting points and design for the delete specifically would vary slightly based on hatch/sedan and leather/cloth seats.
It's the discontinued 3D Carbon piece, exceptionally rare unfortunately with only a handful or two in existence. We did a video on it late last year, diving into a bit more detail.

Really really cool build. Its super different.
My mk1 07 ST is the only sedan ST ever offered by ford. I always wondered why
They hate us
Hear that a 2.5 escape engine is a great engine. If you would drop one in a focus and throw a big turbo on you would have something different .
Even NA it’s great having that torque low and mid. I have one in my 1.5, falls flat past 5500. Needs cams but for a DD no complaints
I'm curious to how difficult this is going to be for me when I do my SE to ST swap. I got everything I need except the experience in doing such a job.
How’s it going
@@humphrey6301i would also like to know!

Now star the upgrade build lol nice Ford should have done this to begin with!!
Awesome!
You should awd it from the RS would be bad ass too nice build 🔥🔥
We want to perform an RS swap someday, but Mustard will remain as an ST sedan given the significance of the powertrain in it. 😄
I always wanted to do a st swap 93 ford tempo

I need a rear valence like that for my sedan so bad but for the life of me cannot find one
We have a full video dedicated to it. 👍
Love the seat delete. No recaro seat swap?

Where did you get the Red SE emblem on the front grill?I want for my fiesta se sedan😅🔥
We sell them! Our store is linked in the video description. 👍
Awesome 🔥
Would like to know where you got that spoiler for the sedan!

Hey I currently have an se with the 1.0 but am working on converting it. How did you change the front end to be able to fit the st grille?
It's an entire OEM ST bumper assembly - we have a video on the channel about the swap. 👍
You have to do a big turbo!!
Man. Nice video. But you doing so much taking. Not much of the car
