- Hey guys! Today I am FINALLY doing another baking video where I take one of my art creations (in this case one of my thrift store makeovers) and attempt to bake and bring it to life. These are always such a cluster of fails and struggles since I obviously have no clue how to bake properly. But you guys ask for it, so here it is!

Hey! my name is Moriah (pronounced muh-rye-yuh 😂 ) and this is my channel....obviously. I'm 25 and like doing anything creative...and being snarky.....just a lil. I make a lot of decorating and painting videos here. I'm obsessed with editing and adding lil bits to my videos, so if that's not your thing....oof you may hate this haha. I paint on squishies, thrift store finds, and other random things I pick up. I also love to draw, but don't expect anything too skilled, I'm not the best at that haha. You will also find occasional crafting/testing crafting kits on my channel which are always a hot mess. And even some baking (REALLY bad at that, but it's fun to try LOL).

I've noticed quite a few people commenting on the "different" editing, buuuuuut I still edited this video myself. The crew was just there to help with filming, but it's still me editing guys haha

Its so amazing to watch her channel grow. At the same time I wish things were the same, but I feel really happy for Moriah. At one point she made art in a basement. Now she has a whole crew of people helping her. This whole video is like a real TV show. I can't believe it... Love you Moriah!

I’m so happy for Moriah and how her channel grew, it started of with her doing these little skits to now having a full on UA-cam Channel and making art videos, like really Moriah has made so much progress and I’m so happy for her, seriously Moriah well done!
We hope that will be the same for us. We're just starting but hopefully it will grow into more. Love watching Moriah & it's great how far she has come. My mum and I are going through her old videos and we can notice such a big difference.

As a recipe writer, I'd just like to say that you did an amazing job (especially compared to your... other attempts at baking). White chocolate is actually a bit infamous for being difficult to melt. I usually use either coconut oil or shortening, and I've actually never heard of oil, but it seems to have worked pretty darn well.

Ingredients are determined wet or dry when you melt them. If you were to heat up for example flour or baking powder, it would not turn to liquid. But sugar when you heat it up could turn to a liquid. So that’s why sugar is a “wet” ingredient! :)

Baking tip: always add extra vanilla. Most of the time it needs it.

hey Moriah heres a little tip; if your trying to tell how light and fluffy the butter and sugar is, after mixing get out a cup of water and take a tiny pinch of the mixture and put it in the cup if it floats its fluffy enough if it doesn't its not fluffy enough :)

Hey Moriah. Could you try doing “golden joinery,” Kintsugi, or Kintsukuroi? It's the Japanese art of gluing Pottery back together and then coating the cracks in Gold/Gold Paint. I'd LOVE to see you try it. I think it would be cool to see what you'd do with it. You can do it to plates, bowls and Cups as well. Pleaseeee, Pretty Please. With Sprinkles on top!! Thanks! Hi Moriah. I am NOT a professional baker but I bake a lot and I would like to give you some advice so it is easier to coat things in a liquid in the future. I would personally melt the chocolate in a glass cup wide enough to fit the item you want to coat. Make sure the item you want to coat is hard enough so it won’t break. And stick a skewer in the item and dip it in the glass with the melted chocolate. Then pull it out and allow it to harden. If it doesn’t harden freeze it. I am sorry if I come of rude or annoying but I am just trying to help. Also love you and your vids

Beautiful kitchen! I’ll be honest and say I definitely enjoy the old set up so much better. Most of the charm and appeal to your videos was that they don’t have professional crews to make it all perfect and the camera constantly flipping around. You are so much more natural and unrehearsed when it’s just you! 🥰

I think it's mostly just because she felt a bit awkward with people around. If she does it a few more times I think she'll start feeling more comfortable and it'll feel more like her normal style.
