Every guy's trip I've ever done specifically involves getting the fuck away from women. Our girlfriends, wives, etc. We don't want to be around women so we can relax and actually have fun.

There's a linguistic fallacy in Rich's speech when he talks about letting, not allowing her to do this and that. In reality we cannot prevent anyone from doing anything especially in modern time. We should quietly observe to have a good assessment of the girl. So I can not prevent her from going but I will prevent myself from accepting her back in my life. We tend to forget that we cannot change human beings especially adults and we also forget that there is less than one percent good girls out there so we have to observe lots of girls and reject more than 99% of them to find that one good girl.

You are overthinking it. When Rich says he doesn’t “let” his girl do those things doesn’t mean he’s tryna “chain her up” . He just means he isn’t gonna take her seriously and might cut her off for going on girls trips. She can do whatever she wants, but when she comes back I wont be there
