We sold our house and bought this unit! It is fantastic! We have been to 30 states in 6 months, stopping at 240 Roadside America attractions going from Michigan to Joshua Tree and back (19000 miles!)! Lost the slide awning driver's side in 70mph winds in Toponah, NV (scared the bejeesus out of us) along with the A/C cover. We will be hitting the road again next June when we get back from an overseas commitment. Best way to retire 😀 Best money ever spent!
This is why I appreciate you Josh, your honesty. Great description and a realistic tour through the RV. We just moved on from our 99 Bounder, looking for a not-new Diesel Pusher, perhaps an well-cared for older Tiffin. This Bounder still has life in her, perfect for the person looking to get unto a Class A without laying out years of payments
Parents had the same unit, their first class A, loved it! What are the chances of you reviewing a new Bounder, say the 33C, hint, hint. lol Love the vids!
Looks very good for age and usage. Of course some people will freak that it still has the original charm, I would keep that as in a few years it will be back. Stay safe.
Ummm....honestly, I was temporarily distracted by the Jayco Seismic! Gorgeous! 😍💞🎉 This motor home is great! For her age, size and usage...this is one amazing fixer upper. She is a beauty! Love it! 💞
We all love Josh the RV nerd and thanks for showing us these lower end items that allow more people to afford RVing and I am sure there's quite a market for it!
Matt, great RV, I have a 2002 Fleetwood Bounder 31W, designed is exactly like that one, but shorter. Never let's me down, extremely dependable, quiet ride, everything works like it should. If it has been well maintained, it will give years of service to new owners. Good luck! FYI, I paid double for mine a year ago, before prices went through the roof.
I like some of these older motorhomes but out where I spend my winters they won't allow units more than 12 years old. Wish it was more on appearance than just age.
I am really intrigued by the A/C system. Is it ducted or just the normal kind. I see lots of grills in the roof, but no usual vents... Does everything work? LIke the leveling system, fridge, stove, oven, microwave, etc?
As far as I know it’s in good working order, so we haven’t personally tested it as this is here on consignment and not some thing that goes to our normal inspections. Before somebody places money on the line we can certainly check some things for you of course
No, there were no drawers. It was just all open space it was underneath the seats for the table. I know this because mine are just open spaces with carpet inside the box.
Yeah, it’s a little old, a little rough and has a lot of miles on it, but at $11,980 it’s a bargain when compared to 90% of RVs that are for sale today!
An Onan generator should last 10,000 hours or more with proper maintenance. Keep carbon free, valve adjustments, oil changes. Before fuel was tainted with ethanol, gas lasted for 2 or more years. Ethanol damages small engines and start degrading in 8 weeks. It costs people thousands of dollars and most don't even know it.

WOW! That's some serious traveling! Glad she's treating you well :)
How many miles to the gallon do you get? My parents just gifted me one!

Josh, I'm a cabinetmaker...the color of the cabinetry is called golden oak.
Ty!
It has great bones! I wouldn't hesitate to buy it if I wanted a Class A and put my personal touch on it.
"Good Bones" is a great way to put it!

This needs a good inspection then overhaul the interior. It's a classic.
LOT of fun yet to be had with this one
That Bounder is sweet looking!
I wish I had plenty money! It would be mine!!!! Yes! ✌
If I had your money I would thumb wrestle you for it !! 😅🤣🌹

Please say it louder for the campground owners in the back!

Josh, your laugh at 5:57 sounded just like Woody Woodpecker! LOL Awesome! :D

Cool one. Thanks.
FYI. Tires have date codes on the sidewall. If they’re 5 yo or older they should be replaced.
This would be perfect for a Canada/ Alaska trip. Then sell it again
Man I'm really late for haylett video I was in school
that's the beauty of UA-cam -- it'll be here when you're ready :)

Bro looks like he came from breaking bad
Quick question: have you ever come across haunted RVs?
..no reason
Now and then one will make you wonder
That clear coat is peeling
No
